There are many notable cases where people lied bout their religions/faiths/ beliefs to manipulate a woman into sex. They were prosecuted and Jailed. 

If someone says they will not have sex with you because you are one thing, but they would if you were another, they are saying outright “I’m not consenting to sex with you.”, if you then say “No.. no I am that thing…” to get them to consent, and you sleep with them in a condition of a lie where if you hadn’t lied about your faith/beliefs, they would not have given consent, it’s an actual real crime called Rape by Deception. And again. He started off by stalking her account to make sure he told the lie properly.
