Sometimes I feel like I’m finally getting better but then I’ll slowly dip back into depression. I have to force myself to go out and sometimes it works but Idk sometimes it doesn’t. I just want to feel happy. I’ve lost so many years to depression and sometimes that makes me depressed like wtf
