As part of my branding and trying to get all my stuff together in the same place. I’m the same person, same artist, just rebranding and putting everything together. Thank you for your patience as I try to adjust and get things rolling here again.
Thankfully I have managed to stay very safe in this ever changing atmosphere and pandemic. There are 2 confirmed cases in my town, and 57 overall in New Mexico. Unfortunately I am very high risk, so I’ve done my best to self isolate as much as I can. This is why I’ve not been able to update as much as I’d like, I have the banner done, layout decided, but am in the midst of updating smaller things I’d like to include.
I’m sorry I am full of apologies and no real work. I’m sorry that I fell backward and didn’t update in a timely fashion. It is a stressful and trying time we’re all living and surviving in right now. I will do what I can to update this blog, this little part of the internet.
Hopefully I can get much of this blog pushed out and updated sooner rather than later. Thank you so much for all your patience. Please be safe out there navigating in the spaces of unprotectedness if you need to be. Wear gloves, wear masks, do not be ashamed to do so. No matter what people will say, stare, do. Hey hello everybody! It’s been a while!! There is a LOT I need to update everyone about and the future of this particular blog. ( Since it is still a source of interest for me and I figure I can update and keep it neat and tidy from now on. )

tldr; I’m going to keep this blog and be more active here. But I’d like to clean up a lot of the older posts, remove some of the older works, and keep it as a portfolio of sorts. ( But also a base for commissions if people still have interest in that from me here! ) Still going to be XIV stuff and maybe some original/AU stuff here too. Hello lovelies, it’s been a while. Especially since the purge of NSFW works and my waning interest/health. I’d like to update everybody who still has interest in what I do, who didn’t follow me to twitter, and provide a small timeline of events so that everybody knows what’s up.
This past year, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It was around June 2019, but also around that time I got info from my specialist that I may have Rheumatoid Arthritis developing. It was also around this time I found I have mild obstructive Sleep Apnea. But also Type-2 Diabetes.
I’ve been struggling with weight for a while, and while my journey to lose it (it’s been going!!) is still a little ways off I have made some leaps and bounds. January of 2019 I was 350lbs. I’m down to 272lbs. and I count myself lucky that I managed to do that with no surgery. Just a lot of hard work.
My health took a small decline, especially when the Diabetes kicked up and started whipping my ass. (Sugars over 500mg is VERY dangerous. And some points went so far as to hit 600mg.) My new Primary care physician is amazing and has helped me to get on better and stronger medication. ( I’m still adjusting, as this is a process... but I am getting better. ) A lot of my medications were increased from previous doses but also I now take insulin as well. I’m seeing a lot of GREAT changes!! Even if most of these changes leaves me very tired and struggling.
There are a lot of days where I cannot move well, or draw much, or do anything but loaf in my chair. There are a lot of days where I can be active and draw a lot and that is a good thing! It’s just a very touch and go kind of experience and not one I’m used to. Not in the slightest.
I don’t know who all needs to hear this but I wanted to update and share, at least so that people who may still follow this blog and still have interest in the things I do will know that I’m not gone. But that I’m right here! I am a lot more active on twitter, I do have access to a pillowfort for NSFW works as well. And I’d like to clean up this blog and use it again as a nice source for update works. ( I’d like to think I’ve improved some, but maybe not as quickly as I’d like. lol )
Thank you for taking time to read this, I appreciate it very much. Over the course of the next few weeks, you might see stuff disappear or the theme change. (2020 is for change, I believe. And I’d like to change the overall purpose of this blog to showcase my better and new art.)
Anyway, I’ve prattled a lot and I’d like to clean up my stuff and get back to doing what I do. Thank you for staying with me. I hope 2020 is kinder to us than the previous years.
