Z-14; codename: The Discarded; real name: Icarus Reyes was convicted for the murder of one person, along with a history of shoplifting revealed by witnesses during trial.
Urbanshade was quick to take him under its wing as an EXR-P, and used him as part of the gill project along with others like him. He was our second tester.
This attempt failed, as did the first, and he was quickly discarded. This proved, however, to be a step forwards. Unlike Z-13, he retained his natural skin color, and his size growth was minimal compared to his predecessor. Unwanted growths, such as the presence of fins, a extra pair of eyes, and a trail substituting legs were still present, though.
He was left alone in his containment cell, displaying compliant, subservient behavior, meaning the experiment hadn't altered his personality so far.
After the Lockdown, the last scientists to escape the facility reported seeing him exactly where he was left.
Recent reports from the expendables sent to retreive the crystal state that he may still linger in his enclosure. Though the glass now appears filthy, making it near impossible to see through, those who walked too close to it heard growling coming from the other end, and some saw what appeared to be Z-14 bashing himself against the glass. It is suggested to steer clear and just ignore such happenings, maintaining a safe distance to avoid possible damage.
Even more recent reports say he's managed to breach containment, presumably by repeatedly using his own body weight. This theory, however, still has to be proven, for the glass should be strong enough to avoid escapes such as this.
Some EXR-Ps told staff they had the chance to see him lurking in dark corners at times, but any attempts to talk to him hasn't been fruitful. His behavior appears aggressive and defensive, and it's been noticed that he seems to struggle speaking in the first place and only responds in growl and snarls. It is unknown whether this change in behavior is caused by the experiment he's undergone, or by prolonged isolation.
As before, steer clear of him if you see him, for safety reasons.
He's been seen lingering around another entity — Y-467 — and it is suspected they may have formed an allianceship of sorts.
It is to be noted that any picture of Z-15 himself shown in this document is outdated, for no one has been able to snap a picture of him without him attempting to flee during it.

Both direct interaction and simple online-styled conversation are all allowed.
Whatever Charlie says will be in orange, for lack of yellow, and simple actions will be in [square brackets].
If involved in a pure roleplay thread, the format will change. What he says will still be color coded, but also "in quotes", and actions will be in italics, opposed to brackets.
Any OOC posts will be marked with the OOC tag (more on tags later), and will be colored green to make it even easier to tell.
More about Charlie
• He uses he/him pronouns, and it's a cis guy
• He was 15 when he was convicted, making him currently 27. Keep in mind, he was technically freed from his enclosure in 2023 (I will correct this if I find my calculations to be wrong!!)
• He's Filipino!! He can speak Tagalog, but I can't, so expect very little show off that (and Google Translate.)
• He has three siblings, named Éireann, Seraphiel, and Lyra. He hasn't seen them in a very long time.
• He's forgotten his birth name. Charlie is a name he came up with with the help of Y-467 (also called The Blinding. He belongs to my boyfriend!! Expect mentions of him here and there)
• He wouldn't respond to the name Icarus, but he'd feel very uncomfortable. Obviously, he can't pinpoint why.
• His skin is lighter now due to lack of contact with sunlight! If he managed to get exposed to it again, he would go back to his original color.
I've missed you in the last few.. hours! Distinguishing day and night is very HARD here.. but I don't mind!
Some expandable around dropped a flashlight and I'm using it to read the book Sebastian sold me for only a uh.. little price! (Don't ask the price, you will faint.)
