Starting a new job by going on a trip isn’t too bad.

The school like to spoil us. I heard over the summer they went to Hawaii.

I was coming in to ask if you wanted to build a snowman together? And if you didn't just sing Do You Wanna Build A Snowman in your head, I'll be very disappointed.

Hey Zac,

I really wasn’t sure what to get you, so I just went with something simple that I thought you’d get use out of. I got you a pack of beanies, you seem like a beanie guy to me. If I’m wrong, I’ll take them, just kidding, sorta. But since we’re in an area with snow now, these might help keep you warm. And since you’re one of my groupies, I want you to have a copy of my band’s CD before it’s officially released. Even if it sucks, hang onto it, maybe it’ll be worth something one day on eBay.

Yeah except then who would get stuff from the top shelf? I can’t reach it. If you were an elf you couldn’t reach and we would be stuck. [laughs] Yeah you’re like my own personal Will Ferrell. How cool is that? So does this mean if I make you spaghetti you’re going to put syrup on it? We always need tinsel. Any other questions before we start?

That's true. And who would top the tree if I wasn't this tall? You make good points, Lil. Well... see here, while I don't mind being the Christmas Elf, I'm not going to put syrup on my spaghetti. I'm sorry. I just can't stomach it like the other elves can. Nope, I think that's it. Let's do this.

Oh, my issues are more with the cabin. Snowboarding isn’t that hard though, if I can do it, you can.

See we could have switched and then you would have been all elf. I could tell people my brother was an elf that would have been cool. What is the most important question?[she looked at him with a wide smile her chin in her hands] Oh! Definitely tinsel grandma will roll over in her grave if there’s no tinsel.

Like an actual elf. I think I would prefer that, maybe then people would take me more seriously. Right now I'm like and Elf elf, you know? Like Will Ferrell Elf. He thinks he's an elf, but he's actually human and the tallest of them all. Good, I was hoping you'd say that. A tree isn't complete without tinsel.

Me too. I can barely walk, how do they expect me to snowboard or ski?

You’re a Christmas elf? Well I guess that would explain why I’m so short if there’s elf in our blood. Alright well i think I picked the perfect man fr the job. Come on Christmas Elf let’s decorate.

And then there's me who's 6'2". You must have gotten all of the elf genes, I just got the attitude. [chuckles and walks over to the box of decorations, setting it on a table nearby] Okay, before we decorate, I have to ask you the most important question of them all; tinsel or no tinsel?

We can eat some ice cream and you can help me put up the little Christmas tree in my room that i still haven’t done yet. If you want to.

I don't know if you know this yet, Lil, but I'm kind of a Christmas Elf. I'll have that tree up and decorated in twenty minutes, tops.
