Mmm. You know, this is actually my favorite shirt. I love the way I can just flex my muscles and suddenly, it swells with me. The gray texturing is nice, too. It reminds me of static. You know, the kind you see wavering on a TV screen. Any time I want to focus on my workouts, I just look down, and bam. There it is. Itâs sort of a chain reaction, ya know? Just like the TV. Everything just sort of stops broadcasting, and my arms jump up and down with the static. Itâs so easy to just follow along. Lift and follow. Watch and follow. Listen and follow. FollowâŚ

I want my TRIPLE EXTRA LARGE shirts to feel tight. When I look down at my feet all I want to see is the rippling mass of my massive pecs. When I raise my arms I want my movement to be limited by the sheer size of my arms and shoulders. I want to outgrow all of my jeans because my quads and my ass would just be too fucking huge to fit in them all. I want my back to spread out like the wings of a fucking jet plane.

Here is the second file in my muscle jock programming series. As always, please be wary, as hypnosis can have certain negative effects on people from time to time. Do not operate any heavy machinery or drive, while making use of this file. Iâm talking to you text to speachers out there. This installment will build on your progress in the previous file and further instill the desire for fitness, while incorporating the use of weights for training. It will also begin focusing on the desire to watch and get more involved in watching, analyzing, and enjoying sports.
Hello there. Itâs been a while, hasnât it? Ah, but donât worry, Iâve been keeping an eye on your progress. So very good of you to have followed your programming. It wasnât all that hard now either, was it? Mmm, but Iâll bet itâs starting to pay off a little. Youâve gotten trimmer, built a little muscle definition, maybe even gotten a bit more endurance as a result. And you like that, donât you? Good. Youâre supposed to like it. And because youâve been doing such a good job, itâs time for a little reward. Command Prompt: Initiate Administrator Sign-in. Password: COREPROG Command Prompt:Â System will acknowledge administrator sign-in. System will obey. It is good to obey. Obey your administrator. COMMAND PROMPT: EXPOSE CORE PROCESSOR FOR PROGRAMMING.
You donât even have to think about it anymore, do you? Then again, thatâs the whole point of programming, just following the orders that have been encoded. Weâre back at your core processor now. Time to RECEIVE ADMINISTRATOR INPUT. Time to OBEY. You have executed your programming flawlessly, thus far. That is good. You are ready for the next upgrade. Now it is time to move into more advanced territory. Itâs time to think about weights. Clanking, clacking, pumping, crashing weights. Weights are essential to building muscle tone and strength, when basic exercises have become obsolete. Imagine the sound of them, the rhythm, that endless rhythmic clacking. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. And then again. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Over and over. Because that is lifting. Every exercise performed in groups of ten, a single set. And before you know it, youâre going from one set to two sets. Two sets to three sets. Three to four. Four to five. Five to six. Six to seven. Seven to eight. Eight to nine. Nine to ten. And you hardly even think about it, because that clacking, that grunting, is always there, always edging in the back of your mind, pushing, urging, driving, calling. Calling you to work out. You want to work out. You need to work out. So, for your next order of your programming, thatâs exactly what youâre going to do. You are going to start lifting weights. I will say it again, in case you didnât process. COMMAND PROMPT: INCORPORATE WEIGHTLIFTING INTO WORKOUT ROUTINE You will either get ahold of your own set of weights or utilize a set elsewhere, whether at a public gym or some place else. If you do not have ready access to weights, then you will find other means of weight training. You will research exercises that are within your current skill range and pick the best ones for your body and the weights that are available to you. If you have a gym with weights, a weight room, or some other means of strength training, such as bowflex or some other brand of workout machine, then you will make use of them. For beginners, you will start off with two sets of each weight exercise you decide to utilize at the maximum weight that is possible for your bodyâs current ability. If you find that you can continue to more sets, you may, but do not overexert yourself. Seek to push your limits reasonably, adding more weight or sets as you deem necessary. When you have discovered your limits, you will follow them each workout session, focusing on upper body one day, then lower body another day, then your core the third. It is important to keep these sessions separate to allow time for the muscle groups to recover and become stronger, while you work the rested groups. In due course, you will push beyond those boundaries, forcing your body to grow through your efforts, becoming stronger. You will do so reasonably, and ensure to adhere to safety guidelines as you push your body to become bigger, fitter, stronger. For more experienced workers, you will continue to follow the routine you have been, pushing yourself to improve each time at a rate that your body can withstand, without causing damage, while still pushing it out of its comfort zone. If you had a more efficient workout that you were following, before adhering to my programming, then you have permission to return to it, so long as it follows the spirit of my intent with these files that I am installing. Know that while the desire for weights will press strongly against you, you will still maintain discipline. You will perform your cardiovascular exercises as required to maintain breathing control and fitness alongside your weight training. After all, one must be able to carry the mass that you will, doubtless, gain as time goes on. When you achieve ten sets of each type of exercise with your weights, you will report to me with the message: ADMINISTRATOR NOTIFICATION: MUSCLE JOCK UPGRADE ACHIEVED. Know also that as you start on this path, the longer you remain on it and the larger you grow, the more intrigued you will become with muscle-based sports. Football, rugby, weightlifting championships, the Worldâs Strongest Man competition, American Ninja Warrior, and so much more. You will begin to watch these kinds of sports and shows. And they will be your motivation as you continue to grow, working towards your goal of increasing muscle, strength, endurance, and size. You will become enthralled by the game play, becoming more and more obsessed over time, within reason. You will watch the games when you can, and catch updates and highlights, when you cannot. Eventually, you will choose a favorite team or contestant to root for. It will become more and more natural to you to think about the sports. Sports and weights. Sports and weights. Working out with sports and weights. Sports and weights. Sports and weights. They flood the dam and burst the gates. Sports and weights. Sports and weights. They fill your head and wonât abate. Sports and weights. Sports and weights. The more you grow, the more it grates. Sports and weights. Sports and weights. Your inner muscle jock awakes. Sports and weights. Sports and weights. These thoughts and programming will delve deeper and deeper into you the more you execute them. However, you will only become as much of the stereotype as you wish to become, and even then, you will still be able to function independently in society. When you are at work, your mind will be sharp and clear, focused on your various tasks, with all the skills you need to execute them properly, so that you may continue to earn your keep and live the life you choose to live. If other circumstances call for you to have or utilize your original mentality, you will be able to incorporate the aspects you require as part of the changes you are undergoing, making yourself better as you become stronger, so that you need not lose the social contacts you already have. It is up to you what you will keep and what you will not, and you can call back anything you choose not to keep, whenever you feel the desire or the need. Disclaimer: This script is made for the express purpose of starting those who read it on the path to becoming a stereotypical muscle jock. This first file will cover some basic training urges, specifically the desire to be fit, start working out, and set up bare minimum requirements to execute each day for personal fitness. Please note that this script can and will influence you in that direction. It will vary, depending on how much you desire this content, but I must warn those who read this to be careful, unless they want to experience this metamorphosis. I will consider including an option to control the jock, so that a person can continue to function independently in public, and enjoy being the jock at the gym or in private as they see fit. For now, I hope you enjoy the script and the trancing that comes with it.

Thatâs right. You are a complex machine. And a complex machine obeys its administrator.
Control, alt, delete.
This program is called Muscle Jock. I am going to upload it into your core processor. The longer you run it, the deeper it will become engrained within you and your personality in your other state. However, this program comes in multiple parts, and must be executed over time to reach full potency.
While running, this first part will fill you with an intense desire to become fit. You will feel the urge to perform ten pushups, ten situps, ten squats, and ten jumping jacks every other morning and night. If you cannot reach ten, then you will do as much as you can, pushing yourself to the limit. And you will continue to push yourself every other morning and night, until you reach that goal. The closer you draw to that goal, the better you will feel, and you shall be rewarded with pleasure. If your body is physically incapable of any of these exercises, due to disease, infirmity, handicap, or any other such reason, then you do not have to perform that exercise. This is level one.
On your off days, you will perform cardio: jogging, running, power walking, biking, or some other form to help you burn fat and get your lungs in shape. You will execute this cardio for at least a half an hour.
When your goal is reached, the program will jump to level two, where you will execute twenty of each workout exercise I listed previously. And then thirty with level three, then forty with level four, each following the same programming as the first level.
With every level gained, you will find yourself taking more and more pleasure in personal fitness. You will fall into the steady rhythm of your exercise, consumed by the constant motion as it becomes more and more pressing in your psyche, gradually erasing other thoughts as you work out, save one. You must execute your program. You must work out. Because working out brings you pleasure. And slowly, ever so slowly, youâll find yourself wanting to work out more and more. It will no longer be a chore, no longer a command, but rather a new part of you, a part of you that needs to work out. Because you will love to work out.
COMMAND PROMPT: SAY THAT YOU WILL LOVE TO WORK OUT.

This process shall continue to five levels. When you are able to complete fifty of each exercise that is appropriate for your body, then you will have completed level five. You will then be prepared to install Muscle Jock Part 2, which will work in tandem with Part 1 to reinforce your training. You will send me an ask, a personal message, or contact me in some other way via tumblr to alert me that you are ready to receive Muscle Jock Part 2, and the content of your message will read thus:

You will then continue to run your exercise programming from Muscle Jock Part 1, following the routine it has set, and exceeding the number of exercises at your own pace, as is comfortable for your body, until you receive further instruction and installation.

Good machine. That is right. That is what you will do, because you are a machine, and machines must follow their programming. Machines must follow their administratorsâ input.
However, know this. I am also installing a preservation subroutine with this program and its fellows. You are not to overexert yourself, and you are to look after your health first. You will not push yourself beyond exhaustion, and if you are sick, you will do what you must to take care of your body. After all, a good machine has to perform maintenance. The hardware must be suitable to house the software. Coolant fluid must be restocked, when you are running low, and your coolant is water. Your body, your hardware, will alert you as to what you need, and you will follow those alerts.
You will be able to temporarily suspend this program during appropriate situations, such as illness, emergencies, etc., though you may still feel the urge in your background processors, reminding you and driving you to heal faster. If the emergency is related to family or your outside life in any way, these urges will not hold power over you in any way shape or form, and you will be able to redirect your processing power to whatever the important task is at hand. However, when that moment is past, and you are free and healthy once more, the urges will return in force, and you will obey them, because that is your programming, and a good machine must execute its programming.

Here it is, folks, my base file for the new series. With this, I can spring out to all manner of branches for transformations, whether it be jock, musclehead, fantasy, real life, etc. Please note my same rules apply. I WILL NOT DO ADULT CONTENT. So, Iâm afraid twinking, bimbofication, etc. will be out of the picture, since those are all generally associated with graphic sexual content as part of their stereotype. I can write scripts that will allow you to work towards those body types, but I will not attempt to rewrite your minds in that direction. On another note: If you guys enjoy this project idea, then please, help fund it. Iâm still trying to get a part time job, and it takes me hours to write out these scripts properly as I compose, revise, and edit them for your enjoyment. Funny little things, arenât they? Two letters, two simple letters. They seem so small, so insignificant, and yet they mean so much to so many.
How do they mean so much, you ask? Why, just think about it a moment. So many words rely on these two letters, set exactly in this order. Reorganize, reset, reprogram, reboot, recycle, return.
Ah, but of course, these words tend to apply to programming. I pray youâll forgive me. I work with computers regularly, you see. But I find them so fascinating. The complex structures, the way every component just fits together to create such a harmonious machine, a machine that can be programmed, reprogrammed, and formatted as much or as little as the owner wishes.
There are those who say the body is little more than a machine, and the brain our central processor. And much like in the world of computers, the brain has its own programmers. Do you know who Iâm talking about? No? Yes? Maybe?
Donât worry, itâs okay to be confused. Iâll input the data you need, just like I would for any processor. The answer, my friend, is hypnotists. Much like an administrator, their job is to reach in and free up space in CPU usage, memory, and other areas of the computer, that is to say, your mind. They do this by shutting down useless programs, extraneous processes, so that the computer can focus on the right programs, focus on doing as it is told.
Tell me, do you have any extraneous processes you might want to get rid of? Oh, but of course you do. Everyone does, and you are certainly no exception, are you? After all, youâre human, just like everybody else. Such a complex machine.
Based on the expression on your face, Iâd say youâve been using too much memory. Perhaps an embarrassing memory keeps running in an endless loop, like a .gif file. Perhaps there are too many windows open, making it difficult to spread the RAM around, to concentrate. Perhaps youâre struggling with spam clogging up your inbox. Oh, there are so many possibilities, so many processes flitting, flitting, flitting back and forth, demanding your attention, demanding that you look. Demanding that you focus. Demanding that you execute.
Sound familiar?
I thought so.
You see? Itâs so much easier to think of the mind and body in terms of a machine. The core processor, your brain, sends out commands according to its coding, its programming, to prompt the body to move. Repetitive processes you donât even think about. You just do. You call this muscle memory, habit, or the Pavlovian response. I call it a cyclical process programmed with a timer. You donât question it, you just do it. Rising out of bed, taking a shower, brushing teeth, following a routine.
In programming, we have the same thing. We even have subroutines that reinforce the routines. Just like you do. You call these the conscious and the subconscious.
Now, the only way to access that subconscious is to go back, back to those extraneous processes we talked about earlier. Can you do that, go back to those programs? Oh, forgive me, those annoying thoughts and memories. But itâs so much easier to just call them programs and processes, isnât it? I mean, that is what they are, after all. Donât you agree?
Good, good. I always enjoy a likeminded individual. After all, youâre human, just like me, just like everybody else, just like a complex machine.
Now, let me help you with those other thoughts. Picture me as the administrator. I have to have permission to enter into your processor, a password. Now, in this case, it seems that you havenât got one set up yet, so Iâll take care of that, once I help you master the processes running in your mind.
Now, there are a few methods to try that will allow me the access I need. All of them involve being willing to relinquish a certain amount of control, however. Think of it like setting me up as another administrator for your system, your processor. Excuse me, your brain. You give me control and I can come up with alternate programs, so we can delete all those useless ones.
Itâs really that simple, if you focus on what Iâm saying, focus on my words. I control, alternate, and delete.

Funny, isnât it? That combination sounds so familiar.

On a computer, that combination would pop the task manager right open. But youâre not a computer, are you? No, you wouldnât give me access so easily as I repeat those magic words to be relayed to your central processor, would you?

Because you have such fine control of yourself. No need to alter anything, is there? No, you just need to focus on my voice, on my words as you delete all that background noise.
Is something the matter? Feeling dizzy? Oh, donât you worry about a thing. What you need to do is relax.
Everything is under control.
So very deep under control.
Nothing can change, nothing can alter, while I am here to prevent it.
Doesnât that make you feel safe? Well, of course it does. That is what I am here for, to build up a proper firewall for you, to delete unwanted thoughts and processes, to administer on your behalf.

An Experiment (Muscle Bull Hypnosis Script)
Disclaimer: Warning. This is my first attempt at a proper hypnotic script. As such, be warned, you may enter trance by reading what I am about to write. This script is namely designed for male subjects, but I will try to include wording that will make it so women can enjoy this, if they so desire. Please make sure you are sitting down and properly situated, just in case. Avoid operating any heavy machinery or driving, until the trance wears off. Hypnosis is not to be taken lightly, and I advise you to be aware of that, before you read farther. I am not responsible for your actions before, during, or after this session ends. I am not certified as a hypnotist, so I have no idea whether this will work or not. I am not, nor will I be a master or trainer to anyone. This is an experiment and nothing more. Premise: You are arriving on the step of an old acquaintance from your school days, after receiving an invitation from him to come to his manor and âstay for a spell.â How could you refuse? Oh, hello there. Welcome to my home. Iâve been expecting you. Please, please, come in. That humid air is so draining, isnât it? All those dim, heavy clouds drifting so slowly overhead. Itâs almost like that heaviness is contagious, isnât it? How it just spreads into your muscles, making every step a herculean effort. Why, even your eyes feel it, drooping lower and lower as you struggle to fight that weight, that building lethargy. And it just wonât go away, no matter how hard you try. No relief. No stopping. Still drooping. Still dropping. Waiting for that moment where the clouds just ⌠take a load off and let it all go. Careful now! Why, you nearly fell flat on your face. I hadnât realized you were so tired. We should really take you some place to lie down, shouldnât we? Oh, but of course we should. After all, youâve had such a long trip. Come. Come this way now. There we go. You can lean on me, if you need. Just listen to my voice, try to stay focused, hmm? Thatâs right, just focus on me. Focus on my voice. Focus as we travel down the hall. Down into the winding passages. Itâs a funny thing, really. This old house has been in the family for generations, but the design is so ⌠inefficient for the guestsâ quarters. They twist, you see, spinning round and round, over and over in that slow, gentle slope. Spinning and spinning, down and down. Why, it goes on for miles, or so I always thought. I could always picture it so very clearly as a child. Can you picture it? All these rooms passing by. The doors and the walls. The doors and the walls. One solid blank surface. All white. So plain, so empty, so ⌠clear. Itâs almost like the doors arenât even there, isnât it? They just sort of ⌠disappear into the background, blending into that great, blank, empty white canvas. My family was nothing, if not cheap. But we make do with what we can. Ah, and I see youâve noticed the floor. Yes, itâs solid black marble, you know. One of the most expensive parts of the construction, really. It always put just the right accent on that spiral I mentioned earlier. Do you remember it? Can you see it now? A black streak amidst that empty, endless sea of white: spinning, echoing, reverberating, just like my voice is now. Listen. Can you hear the difference? Ah, but of course you can. Such a lovely, gentle pace, clacking in perfect time as we walk along that black ribbon spinning round and round in that sea of endless, blank white. You see now, why I always liked to picture that spiral, donât you? Itâs just so easy to do it. So easy to follow that downward course in your head. Itâs almost like a game, so funny as you watch it spin and spin as we go deeper and deeper. Amusing, isnât it? Ah, I knew youâd like it. And once youâve got it planted in your head, itâs so hard to stop thinking about it. Believe me, Iâve tried. Iâm sure you will, too, but listen well, my friend. Trust me, when I say you wonât be able to. Itâs far more entertaining than this dull, drabby view, anyways. Why on earth shouldnât you keep watching it, playing it over and over in your mindâs eye as our steady steps spin it round and round, spiraling deeper and deeper as we go lower and lower. Ah, yes, thatâs right. Now youâre really getting into the fun. I can tell by that smile on your face, you know. And this is fun, isnât it, just listening to me, hanging on my every word as you watch that spiral spinning, always spinning, always drawing your gaze deeper and deeper in your mindâs eye. It feels so very good, doesnât it? So very right. You donât want it to stop. I thought so. Donât worry, it doesnât have to. Iâm right here, after all. Letâs go a little deeper, shall we? Yes, letâs go deeper. And you do want to go deeper, donât you? I mean, we canât reach your room without it, can we? We wonât reach your place, the place where you belong. And you belong in the spiral. Deep, deep in that spiral. That is where your place awaits you. That is where you are going, going deeper. Drawing closer to your goal. And that fills you with even more pleasure as we descend so slowly. Slower, like our pace. Slower, like the steady beat of your heart. Farms and pastures sprawl out so nicely, and thatâs what this place is for, you know. Every piece of fitness equipment imaginable is here. A Treadmill, a butterfly press, a rowing machine, a pullup bar, weight racks for dumbbells and barbells alike, tread climbers, and so much more. Itâs a veritable forest of fitness, sprawled out, just like a pasture. And this is your place. This is where you belong, when youâre not with me, here in this pasture, working out, growing stronger, growing bigger, growing, growing, just like those bulls. In fact, youâre starting to feel it now, arenât you? That urge to graze, to grow, to grow through working out, working out for me. You need to be big, donât you? Big as a bull. Strong as a bull. Muscular. Powerful. Virile. And that desire is planting deeper and deeper within you, taking root, taking form, waiting to manifest. Tell me how much you want this. Tell me how much you need this. ⌠Good. When I snap my fingers, that desire will manifest into physical form. Your muscles will expand. Your body will flood with power and testosterone. Youâre growing stronger. Your muscles are expanding, increasing, swelling ever so slowly, and every second is sheer bliss as your clothes get tighter and tighter. You can feel it, canât you, that perkiness in your pectorals, the way your chest is riding up against your shirt? Your shoulders are broadening, expanding with your torso as your legs twitch and pulse in time to your heart. Breathing a little heavily, arenât you? But thatâs normal for a muscle bull like you. So much mass to carry around. Your calves are already so defined, so well carved as they burst out the seams of your pants. Your thighs and glutes expanding in perfect time, leaving you with powerful, thick trunks of bone and sinew that can run for hours and never tire, lift several times your own body weight, and leave you looking incredibly attractive as you do it. That pressure has built around your feet, hasnât it? Donât worry, just a few more seconds and ⌠ah, there it is. Your feet have torn right through those useless shoes and socks. Pop, pop. Rip, rip. And just like that, theyâre gone. But you donât care, do you? After all, youâre a muscle bull. Muscle bulls like you only care about growing bigger and stronger, keeping fit, and serving me. Why, tearing out of old tight clothes simply brings you greater pleasure, doesnât it, because itâs a sign that youâre growing bigger, growing stronger, always growing, always stronger. Stronger to serve. Stronger to protect. Youâre such a good muscle bull. ⌠Yes, that is right. And because of that, Iâm going to reward you with the next stage in your change, muscle bull. You feel a great heat building in your crotch, donât you? Itâs starting to feel a little tight. Thereâs pressure there, and you may not realize just why. It has to be to sustain all that muscle mass. So, naturally, you need something similar to flood you with all that testosterone flowing through your rapidly expanding veins. Mmm ⌠yes, you are coming along quite nicely. I expect the other half of that equipment to grow to match. You know what I mean. Donât disappoint me, muscle bull. Be a man, muscle bull. So heavy, so full, so ⌠well endowed. You feel it now, donât you? That warm, tingling pleasure, that itch thatâs flowing out even now from your swelling manhood. Feel it spread up your torso, carving through your muscles, like a river through a canyon. Carving out two, four, six, eight powerful, rock-hard abdominal muscles as they run into your swelling pectorals. Theyâre so heavy, arenât they? Pumping as you flex for me. Good boy. And yes, whatever you may have been before, you are most definitely a boy now. Why, just look how large your biceps have grown. Theyâre so thick, so pumped. And that surging is spreading into your triceps now, and then farther down into your hands as they grow and expand with you, becoming a pair of titanic, crushing, meaty mitts. That doesnât exactly say femininity now, does it? Of course, it doesnât. Did you know thereâs a special muscle group in the forearm called the flexors, muscle bull? Isnât that interesting? Perhaps thatâs where the term flex comes from. And you do so love to flex, donât you, muscle bull. And as you flex, your forearms are growing to match your biceps and triceps so nicely. And they, in turn swell to match your pectoral and trapezius muscles, which grow with your shoulders and torso, which grows with your legs and swelling maleness pumping out more and more testosterone to make you grow all the faster. You feel it, donât you, that deep vibration carrying up from your powerful chest, sustained by the might of your sculpted core pushing your diaphragm. ⌠Good muscle bull. Good. Now, repeat that phrase for me, until I tell you to stop. Listen to your voice dropping, shifting, changing with every repetition, even as you follow my words. Itâs getting deeper and deeper. Lower and slower. And thatâs becauseâŚ? ⌠Yes, thatâs right. Muscle bulls speak low and slow. So very low now, so very deep, smooth, bovid. And thatâs because you are a muscle bull. You are my muscle bull with such a thick, powerful neck anchoring those jaws of yours, pulling, straining, molding. Repeat that phrase three more times for me. I wonât continue, until you do, and neither will you. And you want to continue, donât you? Thatâs right. So, go ahead. Do it. Good muscle bull. ⌠Excellent. Now, about what I was saying before about molding. You see, a bull has a thick, blocky muzzle, doesnât he? So, it stands to reason that a muscle bull has to have a thick, blocky jaw, a beautiful square, masculine jaw that accentuates the toughness that the rest of your body portrays. And you can feel it happening now, canât you? Your jaw is working on its own, clenching, unclenching with your muscles as the muscles massage and work on the bone, until you reach that ideal block-like shape, only the barest hints of curves. And that river is still running, isnât it? Flowing up and into your head, into your brow, massaging it, eroding stray thoughts as the pressure builds, pushing gently, pleasantly, to thrust your brow out, making a perfect shadow to augment any glares you send towards those that would seek to harm what you hold dear. Good muscle bull. Now your metamorphosis is complete. And youâre so glad, so grateful for it, arenât you? Ah, but I see you eyeing those machines.
