Self Reminders
You should take accountability for your actions but you don't need to take accountability for your disorder(s.) Its just the way your brain operates.
You're not a monster or manipulative, you are a human being, one deserving love.
Its not your fault you have low emotional permanence / object constancy. You cant control it, and the symptoms that may come with that (ex: apathy, panic, confusion or dependence) these are NOT your fault.
You're not a bad person for needing others in order to feel safe, allow yourself to ask for reassurance.
If you are having an episode, take a step back, get something to eat, take some medication and watch something fun. You are allowed to ask for help if you cant regulate yourself.
Your friends would care and be understanding if you told them in full what was wrong.
No one is leaving you, they've all chosen to be with you through thick and thin, and so have you. Even if you cant see the full picture. they wouldn't randomly leave you over something small with no explanation. They like hanging out with you.
They are your friends, they want to fight against this just as much as you do.
