really want to write a fucked up tamru thing. like nonlinear timeline cuts between a past where tamsy was grooming and assaulting rudo and a present where rudo, as an adult, meets tamsy again and he both hates him and loves him and wants to tear him apart and crawl inside him. and maybe tamsy wont touch him as an adult except to tease him, slight touches meant to torment him and bring back horrible memories. and so rudo in a fit of revenge kidnaps tamsy and keeps him locked away where he cant hurt anyone anymore. and then he rapes him idk

imagine if you will, a fairly dry survival crafting game in which you live in a bunker and must periodically venture out to scavenge food, set up turrets for attacking monsters, etc

now, your computer inside the bunker has a game-inside-a-game on it which is a charming farming sim of undeniably greater quality and scope than the survival game you're playing. therefore, the object of the game becomes to keep your bunker secure so you can play the farming game more.

now, once you achieve the highest rating in the farming game, a secret shop inside it unlocks, and one of the novelty items you can purchase is a game console, giving you access to games-inside-a-game-inside-a-game. most of the games for it are typical mobile shovelware, but one of them is a highly polished, extremely brutal precision platformer with amazing level design and production values exceeding that of the survival game and farming sim combined.

it is only at this point that the purpose of this entire contrivance becomes clear: to create the most deranged speedrun community the world has ever seen.

enjin's obsession, making himself worthy of his name, sickens me soooo much. its one of self-obsession, an endless strive for redemption because he believes himself to be unworthy at his core. his obsession is one of deep guilt and it has him making decisions in the interest of himself, constantly burdening himself with responsibilities that nobody asked of him. most of these things he steers blindly through - becoming a mentor and guardian to zanka and riyo, as a prime example. he doesnt care the price of his actions, he has no regard for the effects his martyrdom have on himself and others. and its what killed him
