So i had this badass dream some days ago

well, I was going to my new job, (never found out exactly what job, but I think it was gaming-related), and i think i was wearing a suit? (i hope so because i look good in a suit) And to get there I took the elevator down. Now, this elevator had a awning (took a long time to find out what those was called actually… I knew what they were but not the name of the things) outside it, so when taking it I sat on that while going down, greeting the people outside with a casual “sup hey i’m here” I imagine I looked pretty badass.

And the people outside were Reggie, possibly Obama (I can’t really remember) and one of my friends. Anyway, I went up to Reggie and asked about some new game that was to be released. So we started discussing games, and after a while we were laughing about the stupidity of fanboys.

So yeah

Weirdness Crossing

This is a recent dream for once... a few days ago.

So it started off in an animal-crossing-ish world(the landscape and graphics were similar), and I went up some road. At top, there was a house, and on the sides of the road close to it, there were several crows and vultures and birds... as I passed them, they started squawking and caw-ing at me... but when I got a closer look, they were more like realistic, animated sculptures. So anyway, I was outside this house, and went to the backside. Sitting on the hill there was Itoshiki Nozomu, from Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei. He handed me and the others that suddenly were with me(I think they were AC villagers?) 6 letters. The paper was light green, and they contained power-ups raising some or other stat. Also, the first one said that "AA3DS"(the dream name for Ace Attorney 5") won't be on the DS after all. Me and the others ate all the power-ups. I also think I got a 7th letter at some point.

Also, I went inside the house, but can't remember that much about it... only that I hid inside some bedroom/hotel room, and that the house was big and had lots of wooden furniture.

anyways some new dreams from a while ago

Mario, Miyamoto and some guy named Suda (not Suda51) had been involved in some kind of crime, and they were tied up in a shop and interrogated about this. At one point, Suda escaped.

Me, my mom and my dad were in the living room, and we were discussing cosplay. (In the dream, my mom and dad lived together and weren't divorced, like they are irl) Dad asked me who I was going to cosplay for the upcoming con. Then he asked me if I was going to cosplay the Once-ler, and I said no (I'm not, btw, I'm going to cosplay Lakitu)

Spaceships and Homestuck

(been a long time since last time! Haven't dreamt too many fun things lately... but it seems they might be getting back! This one is copypastaed from a forum I wrote it on since I can't be bothered to write it out again...)

I was out with a group of friends in the city(a few were people I know, but most were random dream-people). After we got there, they had heard something about a spaceship/ufo thing that was going to show itself tonight, and they wanted to see it. At this point, we split up and agreed to meet later.

At this point, the dream changed and was about Homestuck. I remember Roxy walking through the city(either she was drunk or sleepwalking), through everything and everyone else, who moved out of her way, but otherwise stood still. Strangely, she was in Homestuck-cartoon style, while the city was in a "real" style. Jane was in the dream too at some point.

Changing back to the first part, I was walking by myself through a mall, and decided it was time to meet up with my friends again. I walked out the exit, and outside is a parking lot with almost no cars, where I see my friends sitting down on the ground. (At this time, it's dark and night outside) I join them, and after a short while, something drops from the sky. It's a big, blue, octagonal spaceship with lots of "open windows/holes" on the sides. It drops down, and shortly after flies up again for a bit, and drops down in another place. We're all amazed at this, but a little scare since we're afraid it might drop down on us and it will be dangerous to stay and watch. After a few more drops-and-flying, it lands on the back of two random-dream-people friends lying on the ground... but it didn't hurt them. (Strangely, I could feel what they felt. I felt something on my back, but it wasn't painful.) It seemed more to be lying carefully on top of them, as if they were "blocking" it from falling completely down.

Turnabout Neopets

(haven't written anything in a while whoops! Then again, I haven't really had any dreams worth writing about...)

I dreamt about an Ace Attorney trial, as far as I remember Phoenix was the defense and Franziska was the prosecutor. At one point, a Trading Post trade (from Neopets) was shown as evidence. Sadly, I can't remember more...

mochi's game for tumblr friends

In the dream, my friend(both irl and on tumblr) blushingmochi was holding this game/contest thingy for her tumblr friends. We were all in this building/place that I don't remember much of, and she gave each of us a sheet with 3 or 4 tasks where we could choose one of them to do. (Can't remember any of them) Apparently, this was some kind of game or contest.

The dream also included lots of cables and cords in different colors, all the colors of the rainbow. (I remember this reminding me off Homestuck trolls' blood color somehow) Later, I saw a boy in his room(the layout was sort of like my room) putting these into his wall, close to the oven, and I remember wanting to tell him that he had to put them in the right order, since some of them were in the wrong place. But then I woke up.

(Zan's note: That game/contest sounds like it could have been fun, though I don't remember much.)

Apollo Justice weirdness

The dream started with me watching/playing an Ace Attorney game(or rather, it was in AA game-style, with sprites and textboxes), where Zak stole Apollo's badge. (He said something like "Where is it? I don't know. Where did it go? Did I tell?" and then disappeared. Most of this part was in horrible Engrish too (I remember Apollo saying something like "What in shit?" after getting the badge stolen)

Then the view switched from game-mode to real-life mode, and I was myself. I was taking a bus down the street, and looking at the names of the streets/houses/something(names up on signs) The names were really weird, and I got very excited when I saw that they had named some of them "Phoenix Wright" and "Apollo Justice". Oh, and the people on this bus... had really weird faces. I remember laughing every time I saw one of them, along with being somewhat creeped out.

sadly that's all I can remember. I know there was more, but I can't remember that... only thing I can remember is "waking up" in the dream and telling my brother about the cool dream I had.

I also think this one might have been half-lucid? I at least felt somewhat aware, even though I couldn't control it.

I had got the Ace Attorney: Justice For All game I ordered. But the only thing I got was an envelope with the game cassette and the manual - not the game box. I got really disappointed because of this.

(Zan's comment: ...Well, I really hope this doesn't happen when I get the game I order.)

Dreams From the Past: Zanreo's dreams IN SPACE

I went inside this building, and at first I wasn't sure where or what it was, but that didn't worry me. Anyway, I went into the left hallway, opened one of the doors and went inside a room, and then I instantly knew by dreamlogic that this room was used for sending people into space, apparently just for fun, and you could get up there in minutes and be back the next day.

It was a small room, with barely room for three people. There were two people in the room already, a man and a woman both dressed in some light grey, skintight suit covering the whole body except for the head, which I guess was a new kind of spacesuit. (However, I just wore my regular clothes) To survive in space, we had to put on this vest that looked like white, semi-inflatable pillows duct-taped together, on both sides. We all had to lie down on the floot to get enough room for all of us.

Sadly, I don't remember anything from the space journey itself. The next thing I remember is standing outside of this room, and I decided to look around this place. On the right there was a cafe, and right next to this was the gaming room, which had several people playing DSes. Outside this room, a boy stood by himself playing Pokémon (possibly Diamond, but I don't remember).

Apparently, many people lived in this building, as in, lived there. Both people living  by themselves, to whole families, did this. The building had a hotel-like system where you could get a room for some money, and they had a list of prices for one day, one year ect. I saw several people walking around during the dream, and most of them did this. (However, I was just there for a visit)

(Zan's note: This sounds like it could be a bad sci-fi story or something, actually. I should write a story about this, sell it and earn money. brb copyrighting idea)

Some Mario game or something

I was playing a Mario game, the 3D platformer type (like Super Mario 64 and Galaxy). I was playing as Luigi, and I was at a level where you could reach many of the secret places in the levels by riding a bike across the platforms and landing in the right place. I did this, and to my surprise actually managed to do it perfectly... and I found a new, secret area in the level. In this level I had to do the same this, and ended up in a hard-to-reach secret place consisting of a house on top of a platform. At this point I also had a small house around me (both of them were similar to this from Wario Land 4, just in 3D) and inside this was a room with a "secret" star. I collected it(strangely, I could continue after this instead of exiting the level like in the real games, likely because it was a special one) After this, a giant Metal Mario appeared in the room, and I went outside.

(Zan's note: I've dreamt a lot about playing imaginary levels of games lately... and this one actually seems like it could be a real one, for the most part!

If I played this in real life I likely wouldn't have succeeded the first time... hehe)

Another AA game dream

I was reading the "Wild Mass Guessing" on TvTropes, and someone said something (I only remember it involved Godot) about the start of some case in one of the games, and so I went to check by playing the game in question. The start started with a bunch of text, and soon we were in some or other room where I saw this mafia-ish guy in a white suit. He said something like "Get the fuck away" or "Fuck you" (I at least remember the word "fuck") and went away. Apparently, he was supposed to be the real killer. Another part of the dream included three photos of a hand holding a note, with only a little variation between each(I guess a series of pictures) Larry was also involved in the case at some point.

Right after this dream, I had a "fake awakening" dream where I was lying in bed after having "woke up", trying to recall the dream. (Seems this erased most of my memory about the actual dream...)

New AA game?

I was playing a new Ace Attorney game. The only part I remember was one of the cases had Edgeworth being accused of something. He said that it could not be him because of a room (cut to game showing said room for a few seconds) Afterwards, he got a few psyche-locks.

Introduction or something + notes about the blog

Hello! My name is Zanreo, and this is a separate blog where I write about my dreams.

After having weird dreams for as long as I can remember, I felt like sharing them somewhere online for anyone interested. In the last year, I’ve written them down to remember better and more often, and… it has helped me. And this is why I made this dream tumblr, because I believe weird dreams should be shared.

A selection of my dreams, to give an example of what they are like(short versions):

- Was walking though the city, when I saw a big, white box in the street. A teddy bear walked by and jumped inside a hole in the box, I followed him, and inside he was standing with Mario and Link.

- I finished Super Mario 64, and the ending was Mario and Luigi was chased my a chain-chomp. This was also the beginning of “Super Mario 64 2”

- I played Zero Wing. The dream version. It started as a space-shooter where I had to shoot a bathtub of a spaceship, and afterwards it turned into a 3D platform game where you fought several bosses in the order you wanted(overhead map where you could select a stage) I started with CATS, and on his level he was on a platform in the middle of the sea, so I had to row a little wooden boat to reach him.

- I was at school (dream version of school) and was working on a project with Poland(Hetalia). We were writing a book report about some book about a man finding out his wife and kids got abducted by aliens. But instead, we sat around drinking a purple drink he brought, and laughing. In the end, England(also Hetalia) slammed up the door in a rage, and went up to Poland and started fighting him.

And that’s just a small selection. As you can see, weird.

General notes:

- I will update as often as I have(as in remember) a dream. This could be three days after each other, or more than a week between posts. So if I don’t post in a while, you know why.

- How much I remember also varies, it can be everything from a few sentences to a short story. (The longer ones will probably be put under “read more” tags as to not clutter up your dash)

- About 95% of my dreams are fandom-related, more or less. This might be everything from meeting a character, to a picture of a character appearing somewhere.

- I will post “old” dreams now and then (including the one posted above, look forwards to that!), since some of them are too good not to be shared, even though I dreamt them before this tumblr. These will be tagged “dreams from the past” to separate them from the “regular” ones.

DISCLAIMER: Not all of my dreams are “weird”, (most of them are though) however, I will post dreams as often as I can remember them. Also, weirdness is relative. So don’t complain.
