Hello! - Update

Hello all! (If anyone still followers here....oops)

Sorry for the big inactivity here, been a busy time for me and had lots of dramas and changes over the year.

But now I’m (hopefully) back, or at least will be posting some stuff here soon as I’m finally working more on my Orisa cosplay.

I shall be attending London Comicon in October and plan to have her finished for that weekend.

I will be posting some recent progress photos I have of her; lot’s of changes have been made to her design and had to reconfigure and in some cases, complete rebuild parts to fit her new design.

But more on that later...

Another test! I painted her horns with neon green paint and tried the LED lights with them and I’m so happy with the result! ✨ Sadly my camera can’t pick up how green it is, but damn. So happy rn 💕

While waiting for other parts to set and dry I started painting more - filling in some details~ The gold metallic paint worked so much better than I thought! The photos don’t do it justice ;-; Got a lot more to do, but getting there! Her horns are nearly there! Hopefully can fix them in sometime in the next couple days!

Not very consistent updates but here are some new things! Playing around and testing the lights inside the white tissue horns for now, I’ll paint them later once everything settles more into place. For now need to work more on the torso and chest piece - the hardest part imo

Sorry for not updating sooner, had some demons to face - finally got some more work done on her!

Shaped more of her head piece and marked out details like the grooves in her headpiece and notches in her ears and horn crests.

Going to be making her horns in-between spraying her base coat colour on~

Been working on shaping and strengthening parts today. The tissue paper I’m using to papier-mâché dries with a rough texture that looks like wood bark, so it’ll really pop once I paint it (eventually). Just waiting on the LED lights and then I can start the wire frame for the horns!

It’s happening…..

Finally building and making a costume after 2 years of nothing!

Working on making Orisa - specifically her “Forest spirit” skin.

Complete with glowing horns and body patterns, and I shall be attempting to fully build her gun too~

(I am not however making her a full centaur, I do not have the time of skill set for another pair of legs rip)

I shall do my best to upload regularly updates!

Bought some more fur today and have now cut off and sanded the heels on my shoes to start making his feet! Gonna really push to at least get his outer suit and feet done for Halloween... Hopefully...

Small update

Long time no see! Been busy with life and work but now it's close to Halloween, gonna start working on Bonnie again! Bought some heels which will arrive in a few days to start his feet. They're gonna be platforms to give extra height and give the illusion of digitigrade legs. I'll be working on his hands/claws as well. Hopefully will have some new photos soon <3
