I can definitely help 😊 this is a big question btw so this is pretty long because it is ABSOLUTELY one of my favourite things about this show. I wrote this on a train and got massively carried away!

So, first off, to answer your question, the metaphor stuff is mainly spoken about in terms of the Isak season (and in turn, Marti and Lucas). There are elements of stuff in the others and I think Sana had some gorgeous elements (like water, I loved that and things decaying - plus colour was major to her season aka white and black).
