I hope everyone appreciates what *Insanely* good animation this is for the 1940s.
Adding a time stamp to the animation honestly makes it better. I’d guess it may have been from the 60s or 70s, not the 40s
Ironically, animation from the 60s or 70s would almost certainly be worse, because by that point, budgets had dried up and studios insisted on xeroxing art to save time and money. The history of animation is a strange one with a lot of reversals based on economics and technology.
