Something pretty significant has happened. Someone at home hasn’t been treating me nor my Grammy right, so she is divorcing and I’m moving back home to Tennessee in two weeks. I’ve already given notice to my job, and am working out all my expenses and what to pack over the next few days. I’m having to buy a new computer to continue taking commissions and do work from home (because this computer doesn’t belong to me, and I won’t have a job for a while). So herein lies my biggest problem… with cost of moving, plus current bills, plus buying a new computer… I will only have about $50-$100 to live on until I can get a new job. While I don’t have to pay rent, I still have about $400 in bills every month plus essentials and medicines.
I know this year has sucked, and I’ve been asking for a lot of help, but this is the tightest I’ve been since before I moved down here to Florida. If you lovelies could spread the word, and help me promote my commissions, it would mean the world to me. (Donations are accepted and highly appreciated, but not at all expected). And there we go! Midnight Ember is officially finished! I should probably come up with some kind of watermark soon... Nah, nobody is gonna steal my art anyway. ^3^
I felt productive today! Did this little headshot after being requested by a guy who said ‘draw a gryffon’... So uhm.. I think it’s a gryffon? Or is it Gryphon? Oh well... Here he is anyway. His name is Fiern.
And she is pretty much done! I am still working on the cutiemark, and the guy who shaded said he wants to redo his work. But it’s close to complete now!
Well, since I haven’t uploaded enything in... Well... Forever...
Here’s an update on horse thing. Tail will be raised to be more aligned with the spine, but after this it’s just two things left...
*shudders* Coloring and shading.
So I went with the second option after opinions from a few friends; however I completely forgot something yesterday... My pegasus only had ONE wing rather than two.... So I have now added the second wing after much struggling with how it should be positioned; but I’m feeling happy with what I have now.
Pic 1: Here take a w.i.p as you go. First drawing (digitally at least...) in months, and the improvement shows. Pic 2: Decided to add wings, however I was struggling with how to make the wings more realistic proportionally due to the sideways pose. Pic 3: Made another set of wings, slightly differently this time. The feathers looks kind of derped, but I’m thinking more about the position of the wing itself. If anyone actually reads these; please do tell me which position you like more! :)

Redrew yesterdays picture because I thought I could do better than THAT... Turned out alot better in my opinion! I woant a way to mark the muscles, so I tried shading them slightly.. Didn’t turn out all that good, but hey! I’m learning.

Yes, indeed! I tried my hand at drawing and I now present my first ever pony drawing! I’ve got no tablet and it’s currently 07:30am and I haven’t slept and I really should sleep but it’s fine because I got the drawing done after like 6 hours and I kind of want to die because the oc I was requested to draw has a horrendous colorscheme but I really like the way the wings turned out although the rest of the body is very ‘meh’. So I’m most likely going to recolor this into one of my OWN oc’s in the future or just make a new picture we’ll see. Now I’m gonna sleep, cya’ll!
