When your loved ones move away the love doesn’t. Rawdon Allen’s song Too Far Away explores the idea of long distance love.
This is Just For Today by the indie electronic music band Mnemosine which is Venus Aphrodite and Wrath working together. It was recorded in Curitiba, Brazil.
‘Just Run’ is by Little Onion and Wrath. It’s everywhere except Spotify. It’s from their album on the deeply underground and hip New Reality Records. Just run! Run towards those in danger. Run towards love. Towards peace! Just run!
Just Run!

“All cities are geological; you cannot take three steps without encountering ghosts bearing all the prestige of their legends. We move within a closed landscape whose landmarks constantly draw us toward the past.”

Being Wild Art @beingwildart invite us to break out of and into our everyday urbanism during their week long artistic residency in Loughborough Marketplace. Forging interventions with found waste materials, the street, buildings, people, pigeons and dogs.
Never underestimate the power of cardboard.
The singer Kev Crane photographed against the wall of Loughbohemia’s (some call it Loughborough) Noodle Bar. Kev’s first album ‘Why Can’t I Be You?’ is out on New Reality Records.

‘Perambulations I’ by composer John Biddulph is a sonic psychogeographic exploration of some of the stone circles and other sacred spaces of the Peak District National Park. Using moss tones and field recordings within a modular synth setting John gives voice to The Nine Ladies of Stanton Moor, Doll Tor and The Seven Stones of Hordron and more.
John says: “The locations that inspire the tracks for Perambulations I are places that have a sense of mystery and timelessness. There are the stone circles of Nine Ladies on Stanton Moor in the Peak District and the nearby Doll Tor. There is a track inspired by Lud’s Church, also in the Peak District and the evocative and mysterious Seven Stones of Hordron on Hordron Moor.
In each track, I have used ‘moss tones’. These moss tones are motifs, sounds, textures, strategies, field recordings, and, to some extent bind the tracks together. The sounds of all the tracks will hopefully convey the sense of mystery; the sense of story; and the sense of time.
For all of the tracks on Perambulations I, I hope they encourage people to visit the places both in their imaginations and for real.”
Also on Apple Music, Spotify and the rest!
