Zen with an MC who has Never Been in a Relationship Before
he’s had many girlfriends throughout his teen years, however hasn’t been in a relationship for a few years now.
yet he still retained a bunch of basic information regarding relationships, such as what to say and when to say it.
you on the other hand, have never been with someone in that kind of way.
you had no idea what to do in many aspects when it comes to relationships.
and your biggest fear was hurting zen in anyway.
whether it was because of the wrong words, doing something he wouldn’t feel comfortable with, or rushing the relationship.
these thoughts were racing around your mind as you physically stiffened.
would zen want to leave you once knowing your lack of relationship experience.
you knew it was unnecessary to worry about, but anxious feelings don’t always have to make sense.
plus you couldn’t forget about the negative stereotype when it comes to unexperienced women.
thus your plan to keep the fact that you had no relationship experience a secret.
however, that didn’t last long.
while zen was laying on the couch, positioned to face the tv, he invited you to lay in front of him.
something he saw as minuscule and innocent.
conversely, you took a subtle step back, slightly shifted your weight from one foot to the other.
you watched as his eyebrow raised faintly, clearly taking a notice of your sudden change in body language.
he was first to speak, questioning “are you okay?”
the clock arm raised partially, as he only received silence from your side.
you couldn’t find the right words to say.
after all, you never wanted to hurt him in the tiniest bit.
eventually, as you caught onto your own lack of response, you mustered up an answer.
stating “i just.. don’t know what to do. i’ve never been in a relationship before.”
you could feel your eyes start to close slightly, as if you were bracing yourself for a negative reaction.
through your somewhat panicked state, you managed to pick out a..giggle?
was he laughing at you..?
the assumption made your eyes peel open, becoming visibly confusion.
yet all you were met with was the figure of your love looking at you, maintaining the sweet expression his face usually held.
you watched as he picked himself up, answering “that’s all? there’s nothing to be ashamed of. we all learn from somewhere. you get so cute when your nervous.”
quickly glancing around the living room, you were at a loss for words.
in your realistic mind, you knew he would react like this.
yet nevertheless, you were still scared of his reaction.
but now that your worries were washed away, you could feel a small smile form on your face.
maybe it was from relief, or perhaps because you were slightly embarrassed.
either way, the feeling was welcomed.
he gestured for you to join him on the couch again, after taking back his original form.
this time, you were reassured that it would turn out okay.
and so you took him up on his offer.
in fact, he was quite honored to be the first and last man to experience a relationship with you.
putting himself out there to answer any questions you may have was another form of reassurance he provided to you.
as he said earlier, everyone has to learn from somewhere, right?
