Maitake; this magical mushroom has a 100xs more vitamin D than all mushrooms that we know of. Which is only 14,000 out of about 140,000. Which means we only know about 10% of mushrooms on this magical earth!! Also, if you’re not aware mushrooms are the oldest organism on this planet! Their root system mycelium is in all plants, trees, fruits…etc and they’re closer in DNA to us than plants. Get you some vitamin D, for the grey days.
