Welp, this is my headcannon now

I’m not all that familiar with Welcome Home, but I thought you’d like this post. I also know a lot about this family of Pokémon, so I’ll break it down.

It’s starts out as Applin:

Which can evolve into Flapple, Appletun, or Dipplin depending on what kind of Apple you feed it (Tart, Sweet, or Syrupy respectively):

With Dipplin being able to evolve even further into Hydrapple if it levels up knowing the move Dragon Cheer:

The entire family are all Grass/Dragon types and are based around the pun of a wyrm (another word for dragon) in an apple.

I should have seen this sooner, god. I don't know much about Pokemon, but the evolution of this particular Pokemon is pretty cool! and now I’m very glad that its evolution was explained to me more literally!!
