In my brain: I understand that the main villain in Final Fantasy VII is not Sephiroth or Janova, but the company Shinra itself, or rather unchecked greed and capitalism. Final Fantasy VII was way before it’s time and has real life messages very relevant to today.

In my heart: Yo, FUCK a bitch named Hojo. He literally caused grievances to every single character, heroes and villains a like. Every single game, he’s out here fucking over characters. Honestly, if someone had just murdered him early on, so much could have been avoided. I really don’t know who deserves the right to kill him the most. Aerith? Vincent? Nanaki? Genesis? Sephiroth? Cloud? Zack? Everyone should get together and have a big therapy session where they all take turns beating the shit out of that guy. Serious, FUCK Hojo.
