“I’m sorry for leaving you alone. I’m sorry. I’m sorry.”  “I’m not alone anymore… I finally found you… my Soo…”  Well… here it is you guys! lol I gotta tell ya, I really struggled with drawing So with short hair. I went through a bunch of reference photos of LJG with his hair short trying to find how to draw this, but I still wanted to sort of keep So’s bangs, so I side-swept them kinda like how he wore his hair as Gwangjong. Anyway, I always imagined that he’d wrap Soo/Ha Jin up in a back hug like this when he found her again and Soo would just totally lose it because she knows who’s behind her and who’s holding her. I also was torn between to draw his scar or not draw his scar. Did I want him to have it in this life or did I not want him to? I asked my hubby and he said to draw his scar, so I did! Maybe he got it from his mother again, maybe he got it in an accident. You can use your imagination! Anyway, here it is! The SoSoo modern-day reunion drawing! I really hope you guys are happy with what I came up with! Maybe I’ll draw more in the future! ♥

2 weeks have flown by already of Lucky Romance and the drama is still enjoyable. The fourth episode did not disappoint. The laughs continued to flow. I continue to make faces at the TV as Soo Ho is as robotic, awkward, and weird as ever. I completely forgot about this upcoming short series, but thankfully I was reminded just in the nick of time since it airs tomorrow.

Here’s Teaser 2

Quick Synopsis: Yang Baek Hee (played by Gang Ye Won) has changed her identity and returns to the Island of Sumwol after having left 18 years ago, dun dun dun.

The drama has been labeled as a comedy, family-drama. I really don’t know if there will be an element of romance. I wish I knew more, but it really does look funny.

Why I want to watch

For me, it’s Kim Sung Oh. I would have maybe overlooked this mini drama otherwise. He’s an actor I really enjoy watching in both serious and comedic roles, whether it be leading man role or a secondary character. He’s very talented and I want to watch him in this.

It’s only 4 episodes, so how can we go wrong? I’m starting to appreciate short series’ like this more and more; especially while in-between dramas. It’s like a quick drama fix without any major time commitment.

Baek Hee Has Returned airs Monday – Tuesdays beginning June 6th and is 4 episodes long. It will be followed by Beautitul Mind (woohoo for that one too!).

Is this something you’ll be checking out as well? Who are you most excited to watch in this short drama? The entire cast looks pretty good, although I’m less familiar with them.

Can I just write gibberish right now? hjfkladsahsdjkhfadjkshfjkasdhfuahuknfejsh! I’m getting really, really excited now for Beautiful Mind. It may have been a mess before they began with many uncertainties, but I can’t even explain how I fully feel after watching the third teaser. You probably think I’m crazy, because it was a super short clip, but Jang Hyuk people!!! Jang Hyuk. I see snippets of the actor Jang Hyuk I love and admire so much. The turmoil.. the expressions… he’s wearing and feeling his role.

I was slow to watch it. Why didn’t I watch this right away? Why? Why!!!!!

Are you planning on watching this? I am, for sure. Hope it’s good, but after this teaser in particular it feels very promising.
