Jolly exists in "an unlovable child" mentality and his only real opponent is Kyrie from Ozmafia.
I was rereading Jolly's short strory from a La Vita Felice booklet, and what do you mean Jolly doesn't think that he is part of Felicita's family even though he is her husband; what do you mean he thought Mondo and Sumire will have a tea party with Fel without him after they have come to finally see him after he had rejected their visits for at least two years
actually, the funniest thing in the whole game that when fel says to jolly that he is not hated by everyone, she is right. jolly thinks mondo was forced to raise him and etc, but mondo genuinely loves jolly as his son. luca is so emotionally abused by jolly that he still craves to have a connection with him; elmo loves him still, even after the whole drama with vir; felicita loves him almost unconditionaly. jolly thinks no one will mourn him, but, to his surprise, at least fourth people will, lol. in ed2 everyone in the family decided to help him, even debito (luca and fel were on their knees for this to happen).
jolly doesn't desere any of it.

jolly saying his feelings towards felicita is like an artificial flame that doesn't give a real light is soooo ugh. felicita replaying that it still brightness the darkness just makes it all worse. felicita is in the "convince your boyfriend he actually loves you" humiliation competition.
something something the reveal in the af2 that jolly toys with felicita not always on purpose because he just. doesn't know what he feels towards her. he thinks he doesn't love her. he is buying her a veil but doesn't want to propose to her. he enjoys the concept of her being his "fiancee" but not in a serious way... like playing, toying, having fun while it lasts.
I’m on vacation right now, so I can’t work on too much art stuff… as consolation have a wholesome reneeka sketch
felicita being denied the autonomy throughout her whole life, especially if you're on jolly's route: first her arcana malfunctions, and she loses all her memories; then she is forced to live a secluded, lonely life with a handful of people around her; then her father threatens her autonomy and freedom; then she falls in love with a man who literally refers to her as a bird that he wants to put in a cage; then he constantly emotionally abuses her and even creates emotional swings in the afvf; then she is being pressured by elmo to choose him over jolly as if her feelings mean nothing and to make matters worse there's a whole dub-con sequence with jolly in the af2.
you'd think at least in the endings would be something nice, but no, she is again being denied the ability to choose for herself what is best for her.

A mistake
Reese
In an ideal world where Dr. Kelly was honest with Reese and they tried to work through his condition together, how would've that turned out? If that's not too spoilery to ask.
They absolutely could have dealt with it.
But of course, the tragedy is that they didn't, and now it's too late. She chose a path, and tried to deal with the problem in a way that made sense to her, and a way that she could control. And now their relationship is so thoroughly damaged by the betrayal of trust that her worst fears have manifested— she made them real by believing them to be real— and there's no going back and trying to fix it now.
Unless the MC is so so charismatic and beautiful, of course.
