        That is definitely another Xurkitree.

        He’d recognize one anywhere, of course, one doesn’t go over two years without seeing his own kind and not recognize another Xurkitree. It scuttles about in his jungle, confused and lost. There was no telling how long it had been free from the Ultra Plant, and no way of telling how it’d react to another Xurkitree like him.

         Maybe they were territorial, who knew.

         He scuttled closer out of the woods, towards the other Xurkitree, beeping a greeting of musical notes. Xurkitree’s lights thrummed gentle blue, an attempt to show he meant no harm. Whether it was taken seriously by the other was anyone’s guess.

          “ Can you speak? ” 

They flinched at the noise, nonexistent hair standing like needles from the others chime. Frozen stiff for only a moment, the xurkitree slowly to her greeter, tail curled between her legs.

 So it WAS another xurkitree, even senses dulled and overwhelmed as hers couldn't mistake it for anything else. The blue glow seemed to calm her if only a small amount, returning a orangish yellow glow, though unsurety evident in its hue, though obviously non hostile. They assumed they meant English when they asked if she could speak, considering it strange since they were of the same kind, but would answer the question nonetheless. As for the answer to that question...? 

 " ...YES. ZUTRIS CAN ZPEAK. " 

 But well? That was highly debatable.

An absolute shame indeed! Too bad that the fellow xurkitree was in Cobalt’s space.

The curious treelike alien circled all around her, chittering and flashing colors. Ooh, another beast! One like her!

“Hey, bud!” They thumped the xurkitree on their plume, “You’ve gotta have a better nap place!”

Despite how deeply they were sleeping, the contact from the other seemed to almost immediately snap them out of there unconsciousness, violently flinching back at the touch as her wires and plug pulled themselves out of the ground, tail curling inward like a surprised animal. It took a moment for them to get over there initiall startled state, to process what was going on. There plume titled sideways as the they tried to parse the blurry images in front of them, then drawing in the scents around them. Wait- This was another xurkuitree! Not in any coloration she'd seen before, but the smell of there home world was unmistakable. 

" YOU- YOU'RE- YOU ARE ANOTHER BEAST? ANOTHER XURKITEEZZ? "

It seemed the electric beast...sleeping? It was hard to tell without a face, but the soft bobbing of there head and limbs planted deep in the ground suggested they were, indeed, asleep. A rather deep one at that apparently, as there head glowed a bright white as they sapped the electricity from the ground.

It would be an absolute shame if someone woke them up, wouldn’t it?

Lights flared a deep red their scent, not of anger, but a sudden alertness to all the beings that now enter there surroundings ( More specifically, actually, it was only on one being, a very familiar one at that. ) that lit the beasts plume scarlet. 

To make matters worse, they had very little recollection of exactly were they were. Normally, they would be near what they had come to learn was called Memorial Hill by the humans, surrounded by naught but stones either carved or natural, and spirits driven away from there otherworldly presence. Now? They had gunned for cover from both the guardian and trainers sights, stuck in a place filled with to many sights and scents obscured by their own faulty senses that it became green labyrinth of their own circumstance. 

Wait- Did it sound like whatever she smelled was coming closer? She REALLY hoped not.

“Holy SHIT!”

He just completely forgot this one wasn’t as fluent as him. His plume flashed bright purple and he bounced in place, hidden mouth grinning widely.

“You’re ano- wait.”

Translating constantly would be annoying. He’d have to teach his new sibling all he’d learned.

The tree seemed startled for a moment at the others sudden outburst, head jerking away from them and flashing a dark grey briefly before it returned to its natural state, realizing the other was, or at least seemed happy instead of suddenly turning violent on them. Their attention was then caught by the others statement.
