i was recommended that for my focus-paralysis that i could try a fidget toy. bc it helps the hands start moving rather than requiring sheer will power to transition from standby into activity. so i bought an infinity cube. i was sort of hoping it'd slide like a rubik's cube bc that is VERY stimmy to me. it doesn't...i might just get a rubik's cube if this doesn't work out

day 7! i lost some time doing self-care for my double, which worked. i got through it completely unscathed. but tomorrow i have yardwork to do, so i'm saving my energy and relaxing today in preparation.

it's sad becoming normal about someone you used to have a little crush on and were close with once. not falling out of love, that's different. but the connection just fizzles out and there's nothing to talk about anymore. smile and wave relationship

i think i want to watch utena...i've read so much discussion and analysis about it without ever seeing it. but it's one of those classic anime you just have to watch i think. if i'm not mistaken something with a car happens that is quite different

locked in mentally but it's like. about using time. and i find myself somewhat too focused to function outside of immediately doing things. this is good for learning to command myself to do things, and forcefully picking my body up. but outside of that i am on the computer sitting like. completely still, sweating.
