Yes, there was a reason why I drew this. No, I will not elaborate.
This is Taz, theyâre very nice.
Stronk lady.Â
Snas and Paprika.
This is Lykos. Sheâs an OC from my fanfic, âWolfish Wondersâ.
He a rocky rainbow boy.
First post in forever, lol. Got a new tablet, and I decided to test it out.
I was finally able to finish the drawing for day 2 of Stomco week! It took so long and I had to start over because the app I use crashed while I was still working on it.
I actually did a background, wow. And it actually looks decent, if a little empty.
Anyway, I hope y'all like it. :)
Stomco Week Day 4: Outfit Swap
Day 4. Wow Iâm still going. Iâm proud of myself.
If the anon who sent me a message sees this, please read this:Â https://zodobirdart.tumblr.com/post/173495993109/please-stop-tagging-stomco-as-tomco-starco-and
âHey, guys, have you seen any of my sweaters?â Marco asked as he entered the room, Â pulling a nearby closet door open to check in it.
Tom and Star looked at Marco, pausing what they were doing and nodding.
âWe know where two of them are,â Star said with a grin.
âReally? Whe-â Marco closed the door to look at them, cutting himself off when he looked at them. âWhy are you guys wearing two of my sweaters?â
âNo reason in particular,â Tom shrugged. âWe were just impersonating you.â
âYou needed my sweaters for that?
âNot really, but itâs more realistic. And theyâre really comfy,â Star explained.
âWhy do you think I wear them so much?â
âBecause you have a bad sense of style,â Tom suggested with a smirk.
âAt least I donât purposefully tear all my clothes,â Marco snarked back.
âHey! Thatâs a stylistic choice I make, and it looks good,â Tom shouted indignantly.
Star rolled her eyes as her two friends started arguing about what clothes styles looked good and what ones didnât.
âHey, guys!â At the shout, he bickering pair turned their attention towards her. âI know how we can solve this.â
âHow?â They both asked.
âLetâs switch outfits!â
Tom and Marco shared a confused glance and Tom asked, âHow would that solve anything?â
âIt would show you two to appreciate everyoneâs different styles.â
â...Okay,â they agreed hesitantly.
âGreat! Iâll wear Tomâs clothes, Tom will wear Marcoâs, and Marco will wear mine.â
The trio separated and changed clothes. They met in the living room when they were done.
âI feel kind of relaxed wearing this. Itâs so comfortable,â Tom said, shoving his hands into his hoodie pockets. He then tried to pull the hood up, but it wouldnât go over his horns, âDarn. I was hoping the hood would work.â
Star adjusted the shirt she was wearing, âYour shirt smells like a bonfire, Tom. Itâs also really thin.â
âIt should be, you know how hot it is at my house.â
âTrue,â Star conceded, then struck a pose. âHow do I look?â
âYou look good, Star,â Marco said as he adjusted his skirt. âI really like your boots. Theyâre surprisingly comfortable.â
âAww, Marco, you look so cute!â She cooed.
âI feel cute. No wonder you wear things like this,â Marco twirled in place, chuckling.
âNow what?â Tom asked. Marco and Star shrugged. âYou guys wanna just hang out?â
âWe could go see a movie,â Marco suggested.
âWhat movies are playing right now?â Star asked.
âI donât know. I guess weâll see when we get there,â Marco shrugged.
The trio left the house, talking about their favorite movie genres and teasing each otherâs tastes. In the end, they decided on a sci-fi movie.
Please stop tagging stomco as tomco, starco and tomstar. This isn't an attack on the ship or your tastes, but it's frustrating to have to wade through this stuff in tags for couples.
Hi! Iâm not sure if youâre going to see this, but I thought I should respond anyway.
I know that some people would find it frustrating to wade through these posts. That being said, Iâm following the guidelines for the Stomco prompt week. (as seen below)
I would be happy to add a tag that you could blacklist so that you wouldnât see the posts, though. How about âumbrella coupleâ? Itâs just vague enough that it should only effect my posts.
Stomco Day 3: Fun with magic
Day 3 here we go! I know I wanted to do art for each day, too, but I canât until I figure out whatâs wrong with my tablet, so enjoy the fics for now.
Tom and Star were standing in Marco's front yard, facing each other. Star looked slightly annoyed and impatient and Tom pointedly took a slow, deep breath. Star copied him, breathing in and out a few times. Once her face relaxed, Tom grabbed her shoulder.
âOkay, you remember how your magic felt coming from the wand, right?â He asked. Star nodded in response. âThatâs good. Now, just close your eyes and imagine it coming from your hands instead.â
Star closed her eyes and did as instructed. She could feel her magic under her skin, itâs bubbly warmth swirling excitedly, looking for release. She tried to force it out, but it didnât work. Just as Star was about to give up, some of her magic leapt from her hands and into the air.
She smiled in excitement before hearing Tom shout, âMarco, look out!â
Star opened her eyes in time to see Marco fall on his behind, the nachos he brought scattered all over the yard and melted cheese managed to get on all of them.
âI take it Starâs getting better at wandless magic?â Marco pulled a nacho chip out of his hair with a small smile.
âYeah,â Tom shrugged. âHer main problem is that she keeps trying to force it. She just has to remember that it comes naturally.â
Star rubbed the back of her neck with a chuckle, âYeeaaah. I keep forgetting.â
âItâs fine, Star,â Marco grinned at her. âHey, you guys wanna see the trick? I think Iâve finally gotten it!â Star and Tom share a look and nod.
Marco shouts, âNacho Spray!â and holds out his hands. He keeps them out for a minute before sighing, âMan, I really thought I had it down.â
Tom snickers, âDude, I donât think thatâd be a good attack anyway. What do you think theyâll do with nachos, run away or eat them?â
âOh, yeah?â Marco gathers some of the dropped nachos into his hands then throws the glob at Tom, nailing him in the chest.
âOh, itâs on.â
The pair throw balls of tortilla chips and nacho cheese at each other, making even more of a mess. Star is watching the war, eating popcorn, when she gets nailed in the face with some semi-melted cheese. The war stops as she wipes cheese from her eyes.
âYou okay, Star?â Tom and Marco ask, concerned.
They approach her, seeing if she was hurt. When the pair were close enough, Star dumped her bucket of popcorn on Marcoâs head and shoved some excess cheese in Tomâs hair. The trio laughed and the war escalated from there.
A few hours later, they were laying in the cheesey grass, watching the clouds.
Marco broke the silence by saying, âI vote that tomorrowâs lesson takes place at Tomâs house.â
Star spoke up with a wide grin, âSeconded!â
Tom sat up in shock, âWhat? No! I donât want a mess like this in my room!â
âYouâre outvoted, Tom,â Marco smirked. âYour house it is.â
Tom groaned and slumped back in the grass. As he thought about how tomorrowâs magic lesson would go, Tom smiled. He was glad he had such awesome friends to spend time with.
Stomco Day 2: Species Swap
Day 2! Wooh, I am on a role! This one even has Janna in it.
Marco stared into his copper eyes through the mirror in disbelief, wondering if he was dreaming. He reached up and touched the curled horns that appeared to have grown over night. He turned his head to get a better look at them and noticed his ears were now pointed.
âWhat the-â Marco cut himself off, looking at his teeth. They were sharper now, and serrated.
On his back were two large, webbed wings. Marco tried to flex them and they flared out dramatically, knocking down everything on the bathroom. He winced at the sound, hoping it didnât wake anyone up. He was wrong-a few moments later, he heard footsteps approaching the door.
There was a knock, âMarco?â Star sleepily asked. âYou okay in there?â
â...I donât know? Probably not.â
âWhat do you mean?â She asked, sounding slightly concerned.
âSee for yourself,â he opened the door.
Star gasped, âYou look so cool.â
âUh, thanks. I guess,â Marco rubbed the back of his neck before gesturing at her face. âWhere are your cheek emblems?â
âWhat? Theyâre on my cheeks. Duh, Marco. Where else would they be?â
âI donât know, but theyâre not there right now.â
âWhat are you talking about?â Star looked into the mirror and gasped again. âWha-? Where are my cheek emblems?â
As Marco was about to respond, they heard a surprised shout coming from the living room. The pair ran to the room, ready for a fight. They relaxed when they didnât see anyone new.
âWho shouted?â Star asked, confused.
âI did!â Tom shouted, bolting to his feet.
âTom, what happened to you?â Marco asked.
Tom didnât look like a demon anymore. He had two eyes instead of three, his hair was now black, his horns and sharp teeth were gone and his ears were rounded instead of pointed. His skin was also no longer a pale blue-purple--rather it was tan. On each cheek was an orange sun symbol.
âI donât know!â Tom said, hysterically. âWhat happened to you?! Why do you look like a demon?â
âI donât know either! I woke up like this.â
âStar!â Tom turned towards his now human friend. âDid you do this?â
âNo. Iâve been practicing wandless magic since⊠Yaâknow⊠But Iâm not far enough along to be able to do this,â she hesitated, putting her hand to her chin in thought. âAt least, I donât think I did it.â
âSheâs right,â a groggy voice said from beneath the pile of blankets in the middle of the room, âshe didnât do this.â
âThen who did, Janna?â Tom asked as the dark haired girl sat up.
She gave the trio a smile âI did.â
âHow?â Marco asked at the same time Star asked, âWhy?â
Janna shrugged, âA potion I put in some of the cookies I brought. And because I wanted to see what happened.â
âWhy did we invite her? She always does thing this,â Tom complained.
âSheâs our friend, sheâs always down to hang, and we usually have fun when she does these things,â Marco reasoned as Star talked to Janna about the potion.
Star turned towards Tom and Marco, âOkay, guys, thereâs good new and bad news,â the pair nodded at Star to continue. âGood news is that the potionâll wear off. Bad news is that we donât know how long itâll last. So I vote we have fun while weâre in these forms.â
âIâve dealt with weirder,â Marco shrugged.
âReally?â Tom tilted his head.
âYeah, one time, Star turned my arm into an evil tentacle. Just my arm.â
Tom turned towards Star in shock, who rubbed the back of her neck with a chuckle.
âWhat do you guys wanna do first?â She quickly deflected.
âMovies?â Janna suggested.
âVideo games?â Tom asked hopefully.
âHow about breakfast?â Marco said, already headed to the kitchen.
The other three nodded and followed him in. Marco pulled out the cereal and milk and they all began eating. After they were done, they went back to the living room to watch a few movies.
One popcorn war later, they started playing Mario Kart and Smash Bros. There was shouting. There was cheating. There were holes torn in couch cushions, but there was also laughter and friendly teasing. Tom, Star, and Marco never noticed when Janna snuck a picture and left. They didnât even realize that they were playing long enough that the potion wore off, too busy trying to win.
Day 1 Stomco: Part 2! I said I wanted to draw it, so I did. Not the best, but I like it.
I know thereâs a lot of empty space, but whenever I try to resize it,it just gets super blurry. T^T
Stomco Day 1:Ode to the Finale
Technically, itâs not a recreation, itâs just group hugs in their near future. But it was my favorite thing from the finale, sooo, yeah. Iâm posting fanart, too for day 1. Iâve posted them to my AO3, too. Iâll figure out how to link it later.
Ever since Eclipsa beat her daughter and got back the souls that Meteora stole, Star, Tom, and Marco have made group hugs a regular thing. No matter the situation, if one of them wanted a hug, they would all hug.
They never addressed why exactly they hug so much, embarassed by how much comfort they take in such a simple thing. It was a reminder for them all that they were still there, still present. That they are safe and still close friends, no matter what happened. The hugging also helped them with various problems.
Tom has come to use the hugs as another calming technique. Whenever he gets really angry, Marco and Star smush him between their bodies and crack bad jokes until Tom starts to snicker and join them. After he calms down, Star and Marco talk him through his anger. Asking about why something made him angry and how he could channel his anger into something else next time. Brian approves of their methods.
Star uses the hugs to help her relax after a long, stressful day. She knows that since she technically relinquished the throne to Eclipsa, that she doesnât have to act as ruler. But since Eclipsa left, and her mother still hasnât returned, sheâs had to. Her father helps where he can, but he canât do that much considering Mewni is a matriarchy. Nothing helps Star relax more than being hugged between her two favorite boys and theyâre both happy to help out.
Marco relies on the grounding comfort of his friends whenever he wakes from a nightmare. Getting oneâs soul forcibly removed is not a pleasant experience-the white hot pain of having your very being ripped from your physical body and knowing whatâs happening around you, but being incapable of doing anything about it. The feeling of being split in two and completely powerless. Those sensations have, unfortunately, stuck in his mind. Fortunately for him, Tom and Star are happy to help chase away the nightmares. They hold him close and remind him that heâs okay, heâs whole, and theyâre there for him.
No, none of them want to formally address the group hugs, but theyâre okay with that. They all understand that those hugs are needed and as long as theyâre able to, theyâll take comfort in each otherâs arms.
A Rescued Princess Undyne/Reader/Alphys
Kind of long Undertale oneshot (around 5500 words) that I already posted to AO3. I decided to post it here, too.
Summary:Â You are the Princess of Notron, and when you came of age, you were sent to your family's tower to wait for a suitable knight to rescue you. It's not that bad, you have plenty to do and you also have your handmaiden to keep you company. It got repetitive though, greedy knights coming by to claim you as a trophy, them getting beaten by the tower's resident dragon, and the process repeating itself day in and day out. It was boring. That is, until a new knight steps forward and is determined to help you solely for the sake of helping you. Impressive and different, the knight even refuses your proposal. That just makes you all the more determined to win their heart.
You are a princess. Have been one your whole life, in fact. Your parents were the rulers of a large country named Notron and you were the oldest of three. Recently, when you came of age, they sent you away to the family tower to wait for your knight to âsaveâ you from the dragon that guards said tower. Itâs not too bad; the tower is large and there are plenty of things to do to keep busy.
â(Y/N)!â A rough female voice yelled from somewhere in the lower tower.
âYes, Belladonna?!â You shouted back.
âIâm going to the market, did you want anything?â
âCould you get some (F/F)? Weâre almost out.â
âOf course, Iâll see you later,â you watch your handmaiden through the window as she leaves.
Belladonna has been your close friend and handmaiden since you were a young teen. The two of you met when you got lost wandering the streets of the capital. You were trying to find your way to the river that runs through the city-it shouldnât have been so hard, but you were never good with directions-and you wound up in one of the less well-off areas by yourself. While you were silently panicking, someone came up behind you and tapped you on the shoulder. You jerked around in surprise and saw a young teen girl with short, dark brown hair.
That teen was Belladonna. She knew the city like the back of her hand and she helped you find your way both to the river and back to the castle. When you got back to the castle, you asked if Belladonna had a place to stay. She said no so you invited her to stay with you as your handmaiden. She agreed and the two of you have been close since.
Youâre happy that she was able to come with you when you left for the tower. Of course, it wasnât just because sheâs your handmaiden that your parents allowed her to go with you when you left. Belladonna is very protective of you and has saved your life more than once with her quick thinking and scarily accurate people reading. Who better to look after you?
You head downstairs to the library to read while you wait for Belladonna to get back. Youâre hoping she brings back new books or plants or something interesting.
About an hour later, you hear your handmaiden enter the tower. You go to meet her in the front hall and when she sees you, she gives you a smile.
âLook what I got~!â Belladonna lifted one of the baskets in her arms. In it was a large range of fruits.
âGreat!â You smile and help her put the food away.
âI also got some seeds that I thought we could plant,â she held up a few small burlap bags.
âThat sounds like fun,â you grab a (F/F), Belladonna grabs some blueberries, and the two of you sit in front of the fireplace. Belladonna starts a fire and settles on her stomach in front of it while you curl up in a cushioned chair.
A few hours later, Belladonna jerks up from her position on the floor and stares intently out the window. You were about to ask her what had her so focused when you heard yelling coming from outside.
âNGAHHHH!! SHOW YOURSELF, DRAGON!â
Shut Up and Dance with Me
Just a short HiJack/frostcup oneshot I wrote. Iâve already posted it to AO3, so I thought âwhy not here, too?â so here it is. Just over 500 words.
The music thumped loudly throughout the room, with many of the club goers dancing to the beat. Jack was trying to make his way through the mass of bodies and back to his brunette friend. He was roughly shoved as he finally made it out of the crowd.
"Hey!" He shouted as he stumbled, turning a glare at the crowd. "Rude!" Then he turned towards his seated boyfriend. "I got our drinks. Lost a little in the process of getting here, though."
Jack apologetically set a half full glass in front of the brunette, who dryly responded, "Looks like more than a little was lost."
"How dare you," Jack put a hand to his chest in mock offense. "And here I was nice enough to bring you a drink that you like."
"Oh, I'm sorry," Hiccup sarcastically said. "Thank you so much for fighting your way through a bunch of sweaty people to bring me a drink."
Jack sniffed haughtily, "That's right, appreciate what I went through."
The pair shared a look before breaking down in laughter. Once their laughter died down, they watched the people around them dance, sipping what was left of the drinks.
"Hey, Hiccup," Jack looked at his boyfriend with a small grin.
"...Yeah?" Hiccup responded suspiciously.
"We should go dance!"
"Why?"
"Because," Jack's grin widened, "we've just been sitting since we got here. And I don't know about you, but I'm getting restless."
Hiccup rolled his eyes, "Then you go dance. I'll stay sitting, thank you."
"But Hiccuuuup," Jack pouted, "we're in a club. And it wouldn't be fun without you."
"C'mon, Jack, you know I couldn't dance before-let alone now," he gestured towards his left leg. "Besides-"
"Besides nothing," Jack interrupted, grabbing Hiccups arm and pulling him to his feet. "You know you want to, you're just nervous."
Hiccup couldn't deny that, so he reluctantly followed his eager boyfriend.
"But what if I fall and embarrass myself?"
"Don't worry about that," Jack ruffled his white hair with a smile. "Just watch me and don't look back. I promise I won't let you fall."
Jack bumped his hip into Hiccup's and started dancing to the beat. Hiccup gave a small smile to his friend as he also started to dance. The pair were happy, dancing in their little bubble, away from the crowded dance floor. They continued to dance for a while when Hiccup's prosthetic slipped and he started to tip. He shoved his hands back to catch himself, but he didn't need to. Jack had wrapped an arm around his waist to keep him from falling-holding Hiccup in an impromptu dip.
Jack grinned down at Hiccup, who was turning red, "Told you I wouldn't let you fall."
"Yeah, yeah," Hiccup sassed with a sincere smile. "Thanks."
"Anytime," Jack winked, pulled him up, and they resumed dancing.
"Holding back on me, Jackie?" Hiccup gave a crooked smirk as he bumped shoulders with his companion.
Jack laughed, "Hic, shut up and dance with me."
They shared a laugh and a smile and kept dancing, ignoring the world around them and enjoying each other's company.
Yet another "draw the squad" prompt. Feel free to use, just credit me for the base if you post it, please.
