This bath of memories strikes me very hard but I'm ending cooking some new comic ideas to deal with these feelings and to end a circle, somehow.

Animal crossing crew doing "pampanella" bread (or burger? Or sandwich?), an Italian food recipe that you can eat in Molise region!

Today I used the logic "1 to go" to work until I finished this illustration, now I can read fanfictions before sleeping and it's the most beautiful sensation

I'm kinda happy with this way to draw chibies, they are so slimy and it gives me the opportunity to make dynamic poses too and add a satisfying amount of details. Mmh I'm seriously considering to take this way for my merch.

During my academic years, when I was away from home, my "safe place" was Hogwarts. Mesmerizing and drawing self inserts of me and my friends was my favorite thing to do between my studies and homeworks.

But lately I see Hogwarts is not a safe place anymore and I need to move on new scenarios.

Now I'm doing a lot of sketches and studies to build my own new safe place. I'm interlacing my necessities to create a magical safe place with discovering my own origins. It's like an opportunity to study the real folklore of my own land (which I choose to leave) from a right distance and a way to build my own bunker that no one can destroy.

Also creating characters based on my real friends makes me cope better with the distance between us.

The "school setting" has been one of my favorite ever and in my past years I actually had a story of a fictional academy, that had been my comfort place before Hogwarts btw. It served my needs of comfort of those years and then I abandoned it, it wasn't magical and needed a lot of knowledges impossible to cover for me and I essentially grown tired of it, however it has been really important during my hardest times.
