Feeling motivated this Sunday SuperBowl afternoon --working to be our best selves. Today I'm looking Forward-- The world will always be filled with bad news and evil people. But I have a choise in how I feel and I'm choosing happiness... If you simply don't care about being sincere, kind and caring to both stranger and friends, saying hello to those who make an effort and trying to do the right thing even when no one is looking. Well l'm done with you. Stop troubling my heart. For those haters and takers, the users who welcome you round when they want something and ignore you when you've got nothing they need. ENOUGH! I've given enough. I have suffered my own insecurities, never embracing my own worth I let you matter when I was fool to. My value is NOT tied to what I do or have, what I look like or how smart and clever or useful I am. No one can diminish me unless I allow it. I refuse! My energy, talent, passion and time are important and I'll give them to people who care. I won't waste another day trying to win warm regard from cold indifference. In the soft light of a new day- gently afloat willing to drift, a little more here a little less there Purposefully letting go evaporate in air distill what's pure and real kiss it deep under my skin make it last- deeper than this cynical world

My life lived thus far is a pseudonym where the story lies there is truth without limitations who you are is who you need to be Dreaming puzzle piece’s searching for a perfect fit

In awkward humanness we wear name’s that rarely fit binding us to places in pain seeking release– within a bottle, or wrapped up in someone else’s thighs need is a needle in the vein drawing in the dark void filled with delusions and distractions

The mind clings to words… You are nobody you will never belong I wish you were never born Stains on our skin the invisible tattoos that blot our spirit dying –to be alone

Certainty is sharper than a razor hidden in dark wounded we think in circles feeling to much and caring more than’s easy

Contained in all the Silence’s –there is a universe where rebellion wells Answering the eternal internal questioning’s Where do I belong?

To myself and no one else! I can and will find a path, My way is my own refusing to be ruled head or heart the fools who need more, more, more and are never filled

The soul has no name it just is we are who we are we can’t help ourselves without love and compassion to light the way

in between wake and sleep in between giving and needing in between belief and knowing What is real as the years slip thru my inward gazing in between those too few laughs and an endless parade– tears warming my cold daze in between night and day the gasp into delusion in between the sorry self-preserving pride and all this self-hate I can’t let go the eternal life sounds a wearying refrain (and how are you?)

Do you ever think of me?

In the flickering light of this world I hear heart rustling in dark atoms expanding out recovering wounds from that grand collision cataclysmic separation of self leaving it’s marks spirit Bound in these wicked dreams enclosed by space Endlessly running born barely holding on I catch myself slowly coming awake praying please don’t feel falling in deep–Again strangers watching my legs churn up this grey earth bare feet leave a path in blood you could trace it If caring remained From the outside It would be easy to mistake me for someone might have Loved Before

Imagination is the key to see beyond fragile withering flesh what limits-- fades... Standing with you on a precipice Is it chance? Unlock the mystery of me And tell me I beg you please That story of us is one and the same fighting to be free What we've become a dream that flees come the morn As a child I was told not to stare of the sun's brilliance Beware It will make you go blind the wanting to look at radiant light Remains Running through nite to keep warmth upon my skin grown tired and alone Holding onto what's wrong to hide from what is Right happiness is to painful to lose Time slips by and we learn to grow cold to grow old What is sin? when you feel what is wrong and know what is right For me I'd bear any wound to see you happy Hoping at the end of days you might remember Those times I stared to long within your eyes I saw a universe The shining depths I hungered to drown inside But instead turned away Whispering don't forget--

Distill all the world has to offer and inject it in my soul desire I need in myself I am ashamed of wanting that drug of more a constant craving more words, more laughter, more tears, more love welling up from dark places hungry to be filled all I've been seems incomplete born to die I just beg don't let me fade before I'm done let me inhale this life!

Tied in place by a force I don’t understand trying to escape we keep inflicting these wounds listening to that tune still running through my head feeling the words of your story as if they were my own where does it get us?

Gazing out the constant flickering light a movie about ourselves it’s a tragedy I can’t help being left alone wondering how to break these chains no love in my heart bound with ourselves to blame we can’t see beyond to what we’ve become shadows of what could have been on the wall Ourselves distorted in this carnival– life the taste of you just ashes in my mouth now the fire’s gone cold

You are the sky I am the earth each night we collide in fire you burn to get below my surface and know all there is about me, A mystery lying at your beautiful feet alluding your grasp no matter how hard you try you can't comprehend my completing glory but still you try again and again with a consuming need your sway over me moves oceans churning up cold depths to touch me with your heat we are reborn gazing in to see the other's eyes encircling for all time in a patient universe you can only wear down the divide Destroying and creating with love.

Winter in Albuquerque In winter's slumbering our heartbeats slow staying quiet these long hours abed with dark dreams restless bones aching for rebirth all nite a wrestling begins within ravens wings mysterious and marvelous rustling close sights that tantalize and terrorize just this side of understanding tossing and turning blooming in the cold morning light strange questions and impressions possibilities and endings startled awake those inner prisons a constant dread what's to come? I pull the blankets around my head hit the snooze and sigh

We are dogs to our passions coming back again and again to those old bones buried and resurrected we reason to leave them behind abandoned below the surface precious castoffs but things out of sight call out to our restless cravings so we scratch at the earth of desire just to feel the ache in our hands under our nails that dirt so primal we are born of it we return to it the substance of our natures we are rooted in it though we fail to understand the symmetry and structure to life’s competing aspirations

It's this desperation makes me laugh so loud can't seem to get rid of this feeling following me around gray and gloomy overcast lighting up my life it frays my resolve If you see me around clinging to a smile just walk on by this heart's been breaking a long time... before the first breathe tears were in our eyes

The past, the future...it's all the same! Sweet refreshing beauty to be found Letting go of all your supposed to Want holding on to the unexpected it's where my heart Lies I can't fail to be bored the curse of one who feels to strongly for depths to last I fall fast Lightness in the dark surpriseing me Still I've seen so much it abhors me when i'm disgusted by those trivial and trite things in you in me the despicable indifference We hide behind the awful brillant truth burning to be... and Know I cut myself off from you, from all there is to being, Alive

"You ain't alone, so why you so lonley?" I ask myself this all the time feeling a stranger to love with you around but I ain't gonna see you anymore the player has sung his last song and I won't feel it anymore can't help but falling flat when I picture myself in your frame again incomplete my tears a waste in the desert why pretend who you are isn't what I need it hurts to be deceived especially bitter the lies we tell ourselves But I can go on past belief is a dazziling void Beyond care I could shine there

Death of Mouse I'll wait for you, for better, for an end to suffering in the infinite beyond where there in nothing to caring And if life is simply a dream maybe I will find peace laying aside nightmares resting in cold earth inanimate thing unrembering what it was to feel dreadful cold the unavoidable looming inside Calamity of unlucky fate why let troubles bind me to another sad hour those who might've cared never bothered with another insignificant brown mouse I will not fool myself I am a creature relegated to the periphery hungry beast eating at the crumbs of happiness discarded by others cringing in dark corners, don't look at me You well contented cats, sleek purring at your pleasure smiles filled with sharp teeth amuse yourself pawing as you please to see me scurrying fine joke, passing your time Soon enough you'll gobble me up spitting out sharp bones my name... never mattered anyhow

You stare into chaos and the abyss comes home A swirling emptiness resides behind your eyes a wasted land of sorrows Time is no cure Yet we struggle on and on trying to make it matter Round and round I can pretend you dont see me seeing you
