Anyway, do you make kids do chores? I left a note for my kids to clean the bathroom while I was at work today.

During a meeting I started getting frantic texts from them that they spilled cleaning chemicals all over. After a few clarifying messages, it turns out that they only spilled some bleach and baking soda. 🙄🙄🙄

I explained that throwing a few shop towels over the spills would cover such a basic mess.

I cannot tell if that first part is an actual question or a joke that went way over my head.

I have spent half the weekend truly considering deleting every app on my phone, and entirely giving up on trying to socalize/network/keep up with people and just accept that I'm one of those people who simply isn't meant to be anything to anybody.

Unfortunately, I think my therapist would be upset at that idea so I haven't done it yet. We'll see after I speak to her this week I guess.

The older I get, the more and more my back hurts. I was was pretty prejudiced against things like chiropractic and physical therapy until I read more about them.
