Theory Time

The reason endermen don’t like it when you look at them is because they communicate telepathically with one another by locking eyes! Humans are absolutely not designed to do this so when we look at them we are accidentally projecting all of our thoughts into them at the same time and it hurts :(

new survival world: day 2

i didnt play for a couple of days, but im back and i made some progress ! my main goal today was to get farms, and i think i did quite well. i also increased my storage space too

todays highlights:

decided where im gonna build my house (and fell off the tower rip)

stole some wheat and beetroot from the village and made a small farm

made a tree farm

made a chicken pen and a sheep pen (which took me so long to make them travel over to my base :p)

 its finally starting to feel like i know what im doing, so hopefully we make more progress soon !! im gonna start building my actual home soon as well

minecrafters be like “let me show you a spot” and then take you to their underground library lounge and then they trigger some obscure redstone mechanism revealing a secret passageway to an underground stronghold that they’ve spent ages refurbishing to vastly improve the size and style of, complete with multiple chests full of ruined readable books and armor with interesting descriptions that all come together to subtly but meaningfully flesh out a pretty spectacular “canon” interpretation of minecraft’s ancient lore in a bizarrely poignant way that makes you think about things.

new survival world: day 1

 so i started a new survival world today, and this is gonna be the one !! i looked through my old worlds and screenshots from 2015, when i had only just got this game, and all i did was play pixelmon and skyblock. sure, i had a good time, but i’d never properly played minecraft. even my 2019/2020 worlds (4 year gap rip) either died out or were just building, so i decided to finish minecraft for the first time on pc !! im basically trying to complete the game, and im also trying to finish a list compiled by gay-slime which can be found here, and i decided that the new massive nether update would be a perfect time to try it :)

anyway enough with that bs, heres todays highlights :

spawned right next to a village and a sand temple (aww yiss)

managed to get lost for half an hour in a dense forest

screaming every time a skeleton or a creeper saw me and running for my life

getting gold !!

and best of all,,,,, i got a cat !!!!

hopefully this doesnt die out like the rest lmao

i think i played with my brother back on xbox 360 and helped beat the ender dragon with him bc i remember watching the credits but at the same time i have no idea if that ever happened or not

ive certainly never finished it on pc so im gonna try and do that at some point wish me luck
