A few month ago @apfelgranate sparked my interest in Voltron with a single post... Now I'm hooked. A very well told story, engaging characters... And of course I did fall for Shiro and Keith. I already posted my very young and innocent Keith... So here we have Captain Shirogane. Casual cloth. Not that he is hiding the prosthetic arm, but hitting town he dressed... in something nice.
Besides this is one more pic from inktober. I simply forgot to upload it.
Very unlike myself I changed the first sketch after I realized that I had drawn myself into a corner (he would not have fit on the paper in all his glory). I guess that's what happening when you're drawing in
And I messed up the background. I wanted to do it in grey ink. Than I changed back to the black pen (accidentally) and to make it worse I than tried to cover it up with a white pen. Hmpf. I am frustrated and angry at myself.
I did it. Finished inktober (in time, but had to do gothic things tonight before I could upload. I'm absolutely positive that these two have saved the world(s) they wanted to save more often than James Bond and Captain Kirk combined and destroyed the world(s) they wanted to be destroyed more often than anyone would like to imagine. Happy Asexual Awareness Week, everyone!
In celebration of asexual awareness week, this is a short introduction to asexuality that goes over the topics: What is Asexuality?, “Some Do, Some Don’t”, The Ace Umbrella, and Resources.
Where is my Black Widow movie? My favorite avenger. She is human, not a soldier, and she never backs off. Here, a scene from the first Avengers movie. She faces Bruce Banner who threatens her to hulk out. I tried to capture the fear yet determination and in the end control off reflexes she shows.
A billion dots later I swear I inked every day, but did not finish a picture doing so for a reason.
I know so many beautiful people...
One can easily see how beautiful she is, but one thing you can't see (that impressed me a lot) is her quality as a host. I didn't know her that well when I went to a party she invited her friends to when she came back to #Cologne for a short visit. I was really favourably impressed how she took time to talk to everyone, how she made everybody feel good and welcome. That was some years ago...
By now I know she is also very good at learning languages, an amazing photographer, caring...
And next person I draw I would love to be bold

Still owe some inktober drawings
Inktober is about practice and stepping outside of your comfort zone. Today I stepped back into my comfort zone. One thing I can do is boys (besides pencil drawings which are way easier than ink drawings 😁). So today... A boy.

I would have loved to write the catchphrase in Japanese, but... nobody I know could help me out (at one point we were thinking about "please fight like a girl, san" would help, but... ). So again a female wrestler, and an awesome one. With lots of details for @laurenia 💛
