Zoroark doesn’t speak human english but she can sign it.
‘’These fairy-type’s are a real pain in my ass. All holier-than-thou and whatnot. If they didn’t know any better they’d think they came straight from the eggs of Arceus or something.’’ Mumble grumbling.
Little things protecting big things!!
Someone has a sore throat from yelling so much. Don’t mind her.
gently pats her with a foot
Sludge wave was a rather annoying attack as it would take concentration to dodge the majority of the acids that emitted from the floating head’s mouth. She wasn’t particularly interested in the Weezing since they don’t taste very well but it was obvious she couldn’t just leave it alone at this point. She would need something that did not need to touch the ground to do battle and out of her many choices she chose a Beautifly. For the moment she would be safe from the physical damage but in time the gases will start to irritate her. The drops that hit her singed her fur and stung but she had been in far worse battles and received far worse scars. While a Beautifly the pokemon inhaled an excess amount of oxygen and exhaled waves of fire at the Weezing. Zoroark used FLAMETHROWER.
… Well. He couldn’t see any other way out of this. “Smog.” The flames ignited the flammable gases, causing an explosion that rocked the room. Chunks of ceiling started raining down, and Petrel laid in the acids on the floor, feeling his skin and muscle melting away, but too disoriented to get up.
Well, it looked like this was the end. Still… as long as he’d gotten rid of the threat… it was alright…
Fool. Did he not think that she was aware of how flammable these gases were? Judging from his position from her comfortable position in the air with minor acidic burns he was done for. He would become nothing but a puddle in less than an hour while she remained safe before her protective barrier. There was a hint of SMUGNESS in her eyes as she looked down upon the trainer. He was just as she expected him to be. Pitiful. Now she had to plan an escape, which was made easy due to alll of the holes in the room made from the corrosive saliva. The best possibility was to move through the acid made sky-light and return to the nearby forest. As he is now she wouldn’t even get a good meal out of him so there’s no reason for her to stay.
The poor poison-type didn’t stand a chance of getting close to her with physical whatever physical attack it had planned. Night Daze was a ranged move with a large destructive radius and fairly high attack. To think that a sloppy thing like a weezing could eat her was almost humorous. With the sheer range of Night Daze the room wouldn’t survive a second attack. Oh how she detested humans and their weakness. Forcing pokemon to fight on their behalf because they can’t do anything themselves. This purple haired human made her stomach growl.
Missy was down, but not out. Petrel had trained her to be a sturdy little shit. And since it was obvious she wasn’t getting anywhere near the thing… he widened his stance, bringing up a hand to cover up his mouth and nose. This was gonna hurt, but he couldn’t let the pokemon get away.
“Sludge wave.” The weezing let out a shockwave of toxins, filling the room much as the previous attack had. It ate away at everything, including her trainer.
No, he wasn’t letting it get away, even as his legs burned, the flesh starting to melt.

Pokemon: Zoroark: Master of Illusions: That feel when your BFF comes online~
The pokemon had ENOUGH of this humans nonesense and went so far as to do away with their illusion in order to move about freely, mostly to kick them across the room if anything. Pink aura began to illuminate the fox’s outline as she prepared her night daze. For some time she had been investigating this ‘team rocket’ that she had heard so much about when she was in human made forests but this was unacceptable. She was really going to kill him.
Without missing a beat, Petrel released Missy. “Oi, I want ya ta try ta eat… whatever that thing is, kay?” The weezing started drooling liquids that ate away at the floor on contract before lunging at the unfamiliar pokemon. Just one drop of the acids would be enough to cause them serious pain.

zorvark replied to your post “steps on his new shoes disguised as a grunt”
i have to kick his ass
“Who’s ass? I- oh shit-” And while trying to help them up, they knock them over, stepping on their stomach with enough force to knock the wind out of them.
“Oh mew, ‘m so clumsy… ‘m so, so sorry, are ya alright?!”

This was a once proud pokemon who had been queen of her forest, protecting pokemon, and harassing trainers and journalists alike. Now she was a fool who fell out of a tree trying to get a fruit. She’s a fool and her only kingdom is the dirt now.
why does this poor creature exist
@bandagedbandit
The Zoroark didn’t quite appreciate the attitude she received for not digging her nails into this soft looking humans fragile skull. Luckily she was moreso fixated on their hair than anything and would continue to attempt to touch it.
Self-preservation be damned, Clarissa aims another swipe at Zoroark’s limbs, seeking to knock the all-too-curious critter’s arms away with a blunt hit from her own forearm as she ducks away from those wandering paws.
“Seriously! What is it about my hair that draws all the weirdos? It’s hair!”
She chuffed at the continued swipes at her powerful limbs. Was human fur sensitive? It was the first time that she had ever seen one react in such a way to having their head touched in a nonviolent manner and so her curiosity was piqued. If she was to properly mimic them she’d have to figure out why this one was so sensitive. She didn’t understand why the human was asking her questions. It wasn’t as if she could speak their language. Instead of answering she’d simply stare at her.
//Much more rushed than the earlier piece but more Clarissa!! I’m still getting used to drawing the new hair.
@icebcund
She chuffed at the metallic object’s reaction to her claws tapping. It wasn’t a pokemon that she had ever seen before. Ears flickered, giving way to the [assumed] steel-type’s trainers voice. Truth be told, the dark-type was LOST. She probably should’ve paid more attention to where the ship was going instead of eating and sleeping the entire time. After raising on her haunches she’d stand before the [assumed] trainer and simply peer at her.
zoroark can’t talk but she can do basic sign language. she’s been around the block long enough to see humans make symbols with their hands to communicate. she’ll also break into your home and raid your fridge.
