Futurecraft

Installation is a collaboration between @monomango-berlin and Adidas is a multi-panel set of screens which project a sense of depth with geometric forms:

With Futurecraft, Adidas brings advanced automated manufacturing technologies from the lab to the street. For the first conference at Runbase Berlin we created a kinetic light sculpture which introduced the event and was able to be morphed into a set of micro-stages for various presentations. The graphic style and sound design was inspired by industrial manufacturing processes.

Mojigen & Sujigen

Design projects by Yuichiro Katsumoto are inventive robotic display systems for alpha-numeric characters:

A number or letter is a two-dimensional symbol. Also, it is a static image. But we cannot write a letter without moving our bodies and spending time. Thus, we can consider that each number or letter potentially has a time axis. In order to reveal this time axis, the device called Mojigen and Sujigen were created.

Mojigen and Sujigen are also called as “One-Stroke” in English and “一筆” in Chinese.
