ISFJ: Somewhat timid and low-key. Innocent and sweet. Overly apologetic and anxious. Dress conservatively but in a cute way.

ESTJ: Like they're about to give you a flyer for their local election campaign. Graceful humour and manner. Bossy. Isn't going to take any of your shit. Dress professionally, even in casual settings.

ISTJ: Somewhat stern and coolly authoritative. Serious with a deeper hidden fun side (that really is fun but they won't reveal it to just anyone — they have to keep up appearances of being competent and dutiful). ISTJ: Maintain systems. 

ESFP: Enhance the present.

ISFP: Enhance and express life. 

ESTP: Manage the present. 

ISTP: Engineer systems. 

ENFJ: Lead and inspire the community.

INFJ: Innovate the community. 

ENTJ: Lead and inspire systems. 

INTJ: Innovate systems. 

ENFP: Propagate morality. 

INFP: Innovate morality. 

ENTP:  Propagate ideas.

INTP: Innovate ideas. 

This list does not intend to propose a limitation on the ability of each type to perform other roles; each type is far more complex than their role alone. This represents the overall gross output each type adds to the human community. Society is a hyper-complex set of interactions between types that directs the course of progress. 

Individuals of a type may not fulfil their role if they are lacking in personal development; a life fulfilling their role engenders a positive life for each type. Unhealthily functioning outside this paradigm causes personal and societal damage. People and societies function best when there is a place for everyone and everyone is in their element.

Cognitive functions influence but do not determine behaviour; some types may be more likely to manifest certain actions but equally they might not due to the same underlying processes. Any type can exhibit the same behaviour and share the same values as any other type; however, the causes of such behaviours and values will have originated in a unique confluence of cognitive processes. Action and thought can be the same, but motivation varies. 

No type could exist without its opposite and the diversity of the types allows for the complexity of human systems. Each type is as integral as any other and all roles are equally important.
