Plenty of people here had already voiced their discontent with the camp’s operation, while others began to voice their APPROVAL of sudden newcomer Dru and his capable right hand. Quiet unrest had simmered long enough———– it was time for some loud unrest. The former general’s lips pursed. ❝ I think some violence is in order. We need to pour GASOLINE on this fire. ❞

dru arguably would be the better leader, and addy doesn’t say it because he’s helped her survive up to this point. he was born, created to lead. this fact isn’t lost on addy and instead she’d hoped it would give him purpose in a dead world. when he mentions violence, her bat spins a few times before it rests on her shoulder, ❛ you lead, i’ll follow. ❜
