I lost someone today. One week ago, I got a message from my co-worker Tobias regarding the upcoming passing of a PPT fan named Arianna. I immediately dropped everything, got in contact with her, and made sure she got to see this piece of work. For the past week after work hours, I would talk with her in VCs and chill with her in every chance I got to make sure she was happy and having a good time. She was extremely kind and such an inspiration to me and so many others. She had a love for drawing Poppy Playtime content and talking to others. We both had a big fascination for The Caretaker album, Everywhere At The End Of Time. On Saturday, May 4th we hosted a podcast for her as a subtle final farewell to the server. And on Sunday evening at 5 pm, I got the privilege to be with her one last time in a private vc with me and Tobias up until she had to take her final leave from discord. At 6 pm, me and Toby stayed on call listening to the Caretaker album fully to commemorate her while lighting a candle as a sort of timer to let us know when she had passed. As we knew in 6 hours she would be sedated. At 1 am this Monday morning, The album finished. And we knew that she was no longer here. I only got to really know her for a short time, but I am having my millionth breakdown in the past 24 hours. No amount of words can describe the impact she had on me and so many others in the PPT server. Ari, we loved you so much and your existence will never be forgotten. This isn't goodbye, It's a see you soon.
