the longer you starve, the easier it gets
the less you eat, the less you want to eat. It’ll get to the point that even though your stomach is completely empty and you have hunger paints, you have absolutely zero appetite. It’s nice.
One time I read somewhere that anorexia can be the result of puberty and wanting to remain childlike and not wanting to grow up (Or something like that I read it years ago) And I identify with that so much?? Any hint of curves on my body I’m repulsed by. I hate how big my hips are, I despise my boobs, and can’t stand how big my butt/thighs are And my eating disorder really formed at the height of puberty and not fitting in/not wanting to act the way other people were beginning to act (trying to act mature and sexualize themselves) Does this apply to anyone else?

These are just suggestions for things you could do tomorrow. You don’t have to follow it exactly but the day goes by slow when your fasting if you don’t have something to do.
Don’t forget to:
Drink water
Keep tally marks for how long you’ve fasted
Stay motivated
Don’t give up!
If they notice you haven’t eaten all day take some food to your room and flush it or go for a walk and throw it out at the dumpster

i was thinking about that party on the weekend, which i really can't skip (my friend is getting married ;;;;)
as a result i ended up crying, imagining all that calories that ill have
i just bursted into tears and couldn't stop like for 10 min
im so afraid that im gonna gain weight
i think I'll have a dinner tonight to speed up a little my metabolism (different amount of kcal will do it i hope)
and instead of fasting for 2 days, ill have a breakfast as usually tomorrow + a lot of cardio (cycling?)
and ill fast the day after tomorrow

i was fasting for 36 hours (+-)
felt pretty okay, but weak a little (i know for sure now, that it's much easier to fast if you've been restricting yourself like for 3 or 4 days! ~~~)
🌸 had breakfast around 6 am (my only 350 kcal for today)
🌸 did 30 min workout
expect hen party on the weekend (!), so im going to fast next 2 days
