Unfollow triggering blogs. Follow inspiration and recovery blogs.

Give yourself positive reminders everyday.

Make a list of things which help you and refer to it when needed.

Accept relapses will happen, but it’s part of recovery. Learn from them.

Let yourself be helped by others.

Don’t ever give up. It will be hard, but it will be worth it.

i hope no one thinks conversion therapy in the US is actually over. it’s not as if these places advertise themselves as conversion therapy spots but as rebirth, renewal, rediscovering faith, etc. they’re specifically designed to be as insidious and undetected as possible.

hey, there have been a lt of trans suicides this year, from leelah to blake. whenever theres a big suicide in the news(or on social media) it tends to increase suicidal thoughts in people.

please take the time to let all the trans people in your life know that they are loved, that they do matter, and that youre there for them.
