Diet Coke (I know it's really talked in this forums but it's my favourite. Don't forget to not drink too many sodas,you might not feel really good and it's not that hydrating)
White Monster/ Red Bull zero calories
Water (of course)/ electrolytes (you can find them on farmacies)
𝙩𝙚𝙖: some of my favourite: Ginger tea, Apple and Cinnamon Tea, Earl grey tea.
Hazelnut milk without sugar or milk with no fat.
Black coffee/ Coffee with Hazelnut milk with no sugar.
Black Chocolate (85% minimum, some brands ma have more calories than others: Torras or Lindt are my favourite.) Remember to eat only 10/15 grams (60 kcal)
Fruit ( I usually measure it with a cup). Raspberries and tangerines are my favourite ones (and low cal too, 10-35 kcal per portion).
Yogurt: I'm not a big fan of yogurt but I always grab the low fat no sugar ones.
gum: mint or strawberry flavoured with no sugar.
Protein Bars (don't ask the brand I just get them in Mercadona)
Finally: I usually eat Gullon or Bicentury Protein Bars and cookies.
Cooked apple with cinnamon.
I know that everyone posts this but I hope it can be helpful for the people who lives in Catalonia, Spain.
PD: I usually buy my groceries in Ametller Origen/ Carrefour/ Lidl/ Aldi.
