Such a unique cemetery! The only information I could find on this spot was an article from 2012, stating the cemetery has been in use since the 1860's! Located in Walton County, Florida, it is definitely a hidden gem 💎

The tomb of Grancer Harrison. Made famous by his story in The 13 Alabama Ghosts, his tomb has been the site of multiple attempts of vandalism and has been rebuild several times, minus a roof that had been destroyed. Could you believe someone had actually blown up his grave to find his rumored treasure? Well, he didn't have any.

You can't even find true equality in a cemetery, or at this cemetery, anyways. Old town/Teel Creek Cemeteries have two separate cemeteries due to two prominent townsmen refusing to be buried near eachother. Also, there is a rumored 3rd hidden slave cemetery marked only by oyster shells.
