For the hundred push-up enthusiast, the entire training program has been reduced down to its simplest components:
Week & Day selection
Difficulty (weight class)
Timer
Workout summary
Quickly select your week, day, and weight class, then start pushing the floor. Touch "Next" to give your arms a break and proceed to the next set when time is up. The goal is to accomplish 100 consecutive push-ups by the end of the six week training program. Extra features:
Voice notification 30 seconds before the next set
Voice countdown 3 -2 -1 seconds before next set
Screen doesn't dim/lock mid-set
If the screen is locked, you'll receive a local notification when it's time for the next set
You can change your weight class mid-set if you need a harder or easier workout
Changes to your weight class will be saved between weeks/days
Enjoy the benefits of your improved strength!
