A while ago I hosted a poll of various TADC related things I wanted to draw, and what you guys wanted to see next. I did not expect a short infographic involving Theater Etiquette to come in 2nd place. So here it is!!

This was meant to be simple, but, as expected, I went waaaay overboard lol. I'm actually super happy with how it turned out! This is one of the few pieces I am actually okay with you reposting to other sites WITH CREDIT. So go ham! Spread the word!

Wouldn't it be funny if Caine "haunts" the circus.

Cuz like I seen people talking about how nothing is really deleted it in a computer, so some verison of him is still there.

What if he's just- lurking in the remnants of the broken circus, no model or voice, he just communicates through moving stuff around. And after he fixes the place, apologizes, and everyone reconciles-

So he now he's just the walls, the floor and everything. And he communicates through morse code with Kinger and makes words with the titles on the floor.

And whenever he feels left out, he would screw with the room and furniture to get attention.

Like one moment Jax goes down to sit down and Caine moves couch away from him. Jax falls on his ass, and he's like "OH HAHA very funny Caine!"

*goes to sit down again.* *Couch moves again* *falls on floor.* "GOD DAMNIT!" *floorboards left up and down to indicate Caine's laughter*

Zooble is laughing their ass off until Caine switches the xyz axis and everything is tossed to the ceiling.

Zooble is stuck to the wall like a fly and Zooble looks over to see the pillow fort is upside down on the ceiling and Kinger pokes his head and is like-

Kinger: "Oh, hey Zooble I didn't you could fly." Zooble: "KINGER- I SWEAR TO GOD-" Kinger: "Alright- Alright- Caine put us down." *Curtains flip open and close* Kinger: *gasp* "You will NOT take that tone with me mister!" *Curtains angrily flip open and close again.* "CREATIVE ARTIFICAL INTELIGENCE NETWORKING ENTITY- YOU WILL PUT US DOWN THIS INSTANT-" *everyone plummets to the floor headfirst*

Caine as the circus shengains part 2

To avoid neglecting Caine again, they do in house adventures that Caine sets up/plays with them. Usually scavenger hunts, capture the flags, and hide and seek games. These are 100% optional and allow those who don't want to participate to spend time somewhere else in the circus while everyone else participates (*cough* *cough* Zooble and Pomni sometimes *cough* *cough*)

With Kinger's help through the code, Caine is able to create more rooms in the tent of the player's ideas. Such as Gangle wanting an art room, Zooble a bar, and a memorabilia for Abstracted members, and a library with downloaded literature from the database.

Caine's influence can reach everywhere in the tent BUT the player's bedrooms and Kinger's fort as a compromise for their respect of privacy. Zooble's bar is included in this as well.

Even though Caine agreed to allow the others to do what the others want that aren't really child friendly he would still act fussy/fickle about it if it happens outside of their rooms or Zooble's private areas. If Jax/Zooble says a curse? he would have a curtain coil bop them on the head. Zooble and Gangle start making out on the couch? He would try to separate them by pushing the couch around. Ragatha get drunk off of pink sauce? cause her to trip over a bump in the floor. He would defiantly get scolding from literally everyone for that.

Caine and Kinger work together to start rebuilding outside of the circus tent to expand Caine's influence and the land to open more areas of exploration/entertainment They are also trying to make it a way where abstractions and the non-abstracted members to safely interact with each other. Also without destroying the place, which would leave Caine in pain as well.

When Caine gets excited or speaking "fast" in morse code, things and the wall/floor shake. If in pain or upset, the walls and floors crack/glitch.

1. You can still tell when Caine wants attention. Everyone's in their rooms all day as a form of protest? No problem, he opens and closes their doors relentlessly like a sibling who believes the doorframe is "technically not your room".

2. If in-house adventures get boring, he can still create the setting for the externals! He just needs Kinger's help setting up enough NPCs to tell the story. He ends up enjoying it, it stretches his storytelling abilities to lack a narrator.

3. The 'behind-the-exit' place is finally finished. Caine can't play with the characters anymore to stave off boredom, so that works.

4. Caine likes to hide his face in the rooms. He's a fan of using optical illusions - stand at the right angle, and some of those abstract shapes line up into a top hat, eyes and teeth.

5. Caine now controls the 'camera'. Us viewers can tell when he forces the scene to pan to a certain place. We are now his eyes (if we weren't to begin with).

I'm giggling over the first because it reminds me of that scene in robots when Fender kept going in and out of piper's room.

*Zooble's door opens and closes repeatedly*

after sitting on this idea for a while, I have finally made a good amount of plot points I want to explore and a feasible ending I can use until I start the drafts to make this a full fledge fic!

However, the first chapter won't come out until after I post that one shot (that I THINK I can get out either tomorrow or Thursday, most likely Thursday since I'm halfway through it.).

I realized that it's maybe good for me to have at least one other story besides my main one or else if I get stuck on it- it will take me forever to get it done. So by having another story, I can switch back and forth on them whenever I get stuck and that way I can keep myself in my writing flow without feeling stiff or only writing a few sentences every couple of days. (I'm slow writer alright? Lol, though I'm telling myself that if I can get that one shot out, I'll be back into my constant writing flow again.)

Anyway, here's a very short chapter snippet that will most likely be the 2nd or 3rd chapter. Enjoy!

Jax didn't like the new Caine. He was untouchable, which of course, wasn't different from before but he hadn't really done anything that made him want to go out of his way to prank or punch him. Not until that insightful say of the espacing the circus and that whole shit show of horror he put everyone through. The circus, the crumbling walls and floors all in its glory, was his body now. Was before, but not to this extent Apparently. and that was something that Kinger refused to touch, out of fear he'll destroy it. That and Caine hadn't given a good reason to tear down yet since he was oh-so-conivently "good". But Jax knew it was a ploy, he was just as a good of a liar as he was.

More fanart for Learnt Helplessness AU! This is my attempt at portraying the scene where Caine became so addicted to pain that he connected his nerves to the turkey the troupe was carving up. I wanted to show his POV of how it felt, since that was such a powerful scene showing his conflict between his addictive need to put himself through agony just to feel like he was being “good”. (While also putting up lyrics from another Sodikken song, People Eater)

AGH I hope this conveys my praise for this fanfic, I’ve been thinking about it so much since reading it and it’s actually inspired a change in one of my own troubled books that I’ve been having issues with (don’t worry, I’m not copying the fanfic’s idea, it’s just that reading the fanfic opened up the new idea for my book to happen naturally). It’s just stuck with me in a way that a lot of others haven’t, both from how disturbing it is and how well-written Caine’s spiral into madness was. Well done, author, Learnt Helplessness is truly a work of art and I really hope we get to see what happens after the cliffhanger soon! (Without you having to push yourself of course!)

He is a semi-success. He still very much feels inferior to the other AI. Even though he technically won against them.

the circus is fully his creation.

He never mentioned the other AI. He absolutely doesn't need a co-host. He doesn't want a co-host.

But he does want a companion. A friend. Someone who would understand him.

Where am I going with this?

Nowhere else is there even a hint of the other AI.
