100 days of becoming the best version of myself
... until my 19th birthday
hi! my name is mica.
I'm starting my second semster as a medical engineer april and want to become a bioastronautic scientist at ESA. i want to speak 10 languages fluently by the time i am 28. i want to get accepted into MIT/Havard's MEMP bioastronautics programm. i want to teach myself how to code and take extra courses on aerospace engineering and neuroscience in my free time, because i can. i want to by fit and confident.
this is me getting my shit together to finally become the version of myself that i want to be - hot, fit, smart, and disgustingly ambitious and successful.
if something sounds impossible? I'm doing it.
my goals for the next 100 days
have 20kg of muscle mass and 21% body fat
work out 45 min 6 times per week
one 20 min mobility workout per week
meditate 5 min daily
stretch 10 min daily
run a 5k in 30 minutes
break phone addiction (<2h on my phone on average)
overcome binge eating
join my university's racing club
sleep >7h daily
read 10 pages every day
study at least 1 hour per day for uni
start going to therapy
feel better, emotionally and physically
I'm doing this for myself, to keep myself accountable. i have a dream, a vision, and i owe it to myself to see how far i can go if i don't give up and just put in the work.
100 days of self-improvement - let's go!
