I haven’t gotten this far in YEARS.

I have been on Zoloft for three weeks. I’m feeling a bit better.

Day 4 of Zoloft

Anxiety is worse today but I’m hanging in there.

I started Zoloft after being off antidepressants for almost 3 years. I was medicated for most of my life. I’m nauseous and I can’t sleep. I’m excited to possibly find some relief.

I’m going back on Zoloft. I start tomorrow. I’m scared. I know I need help.

I went to the gym two days a in a row.

I don’t even recognize myself anymore. This job is taking so much out of me. It’s hard being an associate because I can’t just refer clients out. I am trying to save up as much as I can and then leave. I am going back to see the psychiatrist. I am going back on medication. It’s been since June 2023. I take Klonopin but that doesn’t help my mood. My anxiety is so severe that I need something else. I don’t want to be on a benzodiazepine anymore.

I wanted to start trying for a baby soon, but I think I need to wait a little longer. I just want to feel better.
