To Live a Textured Life
“It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to has power over you.”
— Leon Brown (via splitterherzen)
Exercise. Avoid drama, embarrassments & toxic people. Look amazing. Get smarter. Embrace peace. Eat clean. Make a ton of money. Level up your circle. Stay pure. Be untouchable. Talk less. Be magnetic & intuitive. Pray more. Think highly of yourself. Be the most precious creature on earth, protected by God.

what’s meant for me will find me yes but I also have to meet it halfway and encourage it to happen so it does
Princess Diana, 1983
If something feels hard or scary to do, it's a sign that doing it might be really important for your personal growth and reaching your best self.
Be your own friend, have your own back, encourage yourself, motivate yourself, discipline yourself, make yourself laugh, comfort yourself when you cry, enjoy your own company, discover yourself, ask yourself the deep questions, feed yourself good food, watch stuff that makes you feel good, hug yourself, smile at yourself just because, compliment yourself, extend yourself endless grace… you are the greatest thing you can offer yourself.
I think the first step towards the life you want is often to just say yes to more things. Accept that coffee invitation from your coworker even if it seems awkward. Sign up for that free class at the library that you're not sure you'll like. Join that club. Book that tour. Say yes to as many things as you can and kill the part of your brain that gut-reacts with a no.
