inho honestly really is the greatest character ever
fixation ending but i kind of wish that didn’t mean having to leave him . nothing is better than this ,than him I just wanan you know. stuff him in my pocket he can just be there at the back of everything right Please
thinking of inho during the coming back from the games + finding out his wife already died and everything he did that ruined how he viewed himself and his morals and humanity was for nothing combo his final weeks months idk spent in the outside world being just catatonic and mourning and being reminded of fresh trauma that he couldnt tell Anyone about not even junho who was probably constantly with him making sure he was okay telling him he did everything he could, seeing everything that used to be about how great his life was about to be and it just being tainted now
inho does not own a fan or air conditioning or heating when he doesnt like the temperature he dies

clean + final
a characterisation of inho that i enjoy is where inho isn’t actually sorry. he believed what he believed, no matter the extent of his beliefs, and he did what he did. he doesn’t make up any justifications for himself — he’s unapologetic and doesn’t regret it. he still sees some people as truly irredeemable, including himself but he’s not particularly sorrowful about it. the only thing that does make him regret his actions, just a little bit, is the way they’ve affected gihun.
and even then, he’s not particularly sorry about selecting and condoning 400+ people to death every year. he’s not really sadistic, but he is apathetic.
he changes his ways to appease gihun because he’s fascinated by him and wants to keep him close and the only way he can do that is by changing (at least externally) the way he views others. so he does. but internally he doesn’t care if people die, he doesn’t care if he has to kill them for gihun to live. he’s conforming with gihun’s moral code on a superficial level, basically.
I'm having an artstyle crisis again so here's Mister Evil guy in the meantime
