This is my blog. My mom only lets me have 2 hours of screen time everyday so I’m typing this in the cabinet under the sink.

My name is Marcy Park. I go to Our Lady of Internment Sorrows.

I am an honor student at Our Lady of Intermittent Sorrows. I’m also a champion rugby player, student of the month, the winner of the hand writing competition, the champion of the 22nd, 23rd and 24th Tazewell county bi-annual Jello making contest, President of the Language Club and an alter-server at St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church. I speak 6 languages and I am learning the 7th.

I’m from Virginia but my parents moved us here to New York. I haven't made many new friends but I did meet @olive-ilove and @willamoirabarfee as well as @brookconeybear and her brother @leaf-coneybug at the 25th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Yes, I find it spiritually and intellectually stimulating. I get it from Agnes whose boyfriend gets it for her, Agnes is our exchange student from Germany, and she always says “If anyone needs to smoke marijuana it's you Marcy.”

However, she says it in German, my mother won't let us talk in English, so I can practice my German in a “practical setting.”

My little brother made this for a Christmas card competition at school, the theme was “symbol of hope”, but according to one of his teachers Rocky Balboa “is not a symbol of hope” and disqualified him, which is ridiculous. I’m posting it here so it can get the appreciation it deserves.

Rocky is absolutely a symbol of hope, as are the unicorn and the phoenix. Frankly this is suppression of art simply because she doesn’t like my brother and I will not stand for that.

what’s being catholic like

It’s pretty great. I get to talk to Jesus, and because Jesus knows every language we can have conversations in Hebrew and some in Latin, which I don’t speak fluently, yet.

I also get to confirm soon, which is cool I’m very excited. My mother want’s me to pick St. Sebastian as my patron saint, he’s the patron saint of winners. Personally I would rather St. Jude. Thaddeus because he was cousin’s with Jesus; also because I don’t want to do what my mother says.
