Made this poster for the next Witch Haus PDX show in a few weeks. With some of my favorite Portland bands Twelve Gardens and Boreen, as well as a mega rad Seattle band I’ve been trying to book for like 7 months and finally fooled them into doing it (Great Grandpa). Show’s at a cool book shop (Mother Foucault’s) and obvi we will have zines!

no more cool '93 by twelve gardens

last friday was the tape release for the new / first twelve gardens recordings. lots of friends came out to listen which made me feel warm & grateful. these recordings were done using only four microphones in the basement of the palace back in november. most of the songs (with the exception of spaceship) were written between dec 2014 & august 2015. i feel really grateful to damon & noah who gave their time & effort for post-production. i've never done any thing like this before, in terms of recording myself, and with sharing such vulnerable songs. i feel lucky that i was able to do this & that people want to listen.
