Tips for a boho/Indy style room?
Hi :)
Ok I’ll try answer this as fully as I can so I can link anyone who asks this question to my answer:
For a boho/indie themed room, you need colour, patterns and textures mainly. The room should also feel quite cozy and very personal, so my main tips are:
Add colour, patterns, and texture through cushions, rugs, and tapestries. Use fairy lights, and canopies to make the room look very cozy :)
2. Next choose the right bedding, could be plain or colourful, if it’s plain (just a solid colour) decorate your bed with more colourful pillows/cushions and vice versa.
3. Now it’s just up to how you accessorise the rest of your room. Choose cute, quirky accessories, decorate your bookshelf, put plants around your room, candles, decorate your desk, put up pictures and posters, have a clothes rack with your favourite clothes/shoes. Just make sure your room is somewhat neat and not messy or else it will just look like a messy room with funky colours and patterns, have some organisation :)
Best places to shop for boho/indie items: etsy.com urbanoutfitters.com wanelo.com (just know what you’re going to be searching for or you’ll be browsing for ages). Also go to thrift shops, yard sales, vintage shops, or do DIY.
As for where to buy the items: fairy lights can be bought in any large homeware store, but you can always bus some from urbanoutfitters.com if you can’t find any locally. Tapestries can be bought most cheaply at etsy.com on this link, just find the colours you love. For duvet covers I think the best places are urbanoutfitters.com and wanelo.com just click on those links.
Browse through all my answered questions for more precise tips, and links to where to buy the items here.
I really hope that helped! xo
Buffalo Soldiers on bicycle patrol in Yellowstone National Park, 1896

I spent my week on the road sleeping out of my car in Grand Teton and Yellowstone. As I traveled, the nights got progressively colder. On my last morning there before I had to turn back home my thermometer read a crisp 20 degrees…. A slightly rude awakening from the 45 degree night only three days prior. But as I set out one last time before the 8 hour drive home, I realized that the discomfort was a small price to pay to see the land I so love transformed overnight. It still fucks me up that Donald Trump wants to revoke US born children’s citizenship because their parents are immigrants. But what’s even more fucked up is that people are actually supporting him.
And you know what’s also fucked up? His parents were immigrants too.
Looks like…he..has to be…deported then

I’M NOT SHITTING YOU SOMEONE SET THE SCHOOL BATHROOM ON FIRE AND I GOT OUT OF A HUGE PRESENTATION. ARSON SAVED MY ASS
So you stopped to take a picture
So I've been working in Yellowstone National Park for almost two months now and today while cooking a guest breakfasts my coworker comes in saying freaking Viggo Mortensen is in the restaurant ordering food. Now this is no fancy restaurant. This is like a glorified McDonald's. So I look over and he is freaking standing like 10ft away spilling his coffee all over the counter. I'm standing behind a freaking toaster basically hyperventilating from the fandom disease. And then my manager comes out saying oh no it's not him I would recognize him in a heart beat. So a few minutes go by and he's now sitting down (with a new cup of coffee) and we convince my manager to go talk to him and see if it really is him. She goes out there trying to be all " I'm not watching you" washing the tables and what not and then goes around the corner to where he was sitting...out of site from is in the kitchen. She comes back not 3 minutes later with a strait face and says "he'll come back here for a photo when he's done eating..." And then she starts to mumble "he's wanting to drive around the park today. I told him where the best place to see animals and where to avoid construction...he will take a photo with you..." Because she was so start struck...it was a great day...

Reblog this with what you call the end of a loaf of bread written in the tags.
My family call it the ‘noggie’, I’m curious as to what other people call it!
...isn't it just called the Heal???
If someone is wearing makeup in the pool, don’t deliberately splash them. If someone has done their hair nicely, don’t mess it up. If someone in a t-shirt has scars on their arms, don’t ask them about it. If someone doesn’t want to get in the water, don’t push them. If someone still wants to wear jeans, don’t laugh at them for it. If someone has sweat patches, don’t point them out. If someone’s chest is obviously prominent, don’t stare. If you can see someone’s underwear/ binder, don’t comment on it. If someone is blatantly covering something up, don’t try to reveal it.
Not everyone can feel totally comfortable with the fact it’s Summer, don’t make them feel worse.
