When Evelyn was a kid, she was the middle child between Kayla and Ollie. Her parents favourited Kayla extremely. Her perfect scores and being the around the same hybrid as her mother she was loved and adored by her family. This made Evelyn feel unappreciated and alone and maybe even isolated from her family. Her sisters were so alike with their platinum blonde hair and hybrid features that it made Evelyn look unusual and strange.
Her mother never truly showed much love for Eve and her father was a whole different story.
When Evelyn was 6 her parents divorced and she was left with her dad and sisters.

Her dad was extremely abusive to her and Ollie but Kayla always managed to avoid the crossfire, and this made Eve have a strange sort resentment for her. Ollie being the youngest, Evelyn felt the need to protect her and basically parent her for most of her childhood. But, one day when Kayla and Evelyn went out together to get food at the market (Ollie followed them secretly from above the trees not wanting to be alone) Kayla got shot.
A poacher was hiding nearby holding a rifle and seeing Kayla’s strange ears and slightly furry skin he took the shot. Evelyn was only 12 when this happened.
Evelyn hid behind a nearby tree as the police approached (her dad had called them saying that he hadn’t seen Kayla for almost 3 hours). When the father was questioned after they examined the body he said that Evelyn was mentally disturbed and had always had violent tendencies. He also said that he once found a rifle in her bottom drawer a few years back.
This was all a complete lie and her own father had framed her as the murderer of Kayla Fallow.
Now what happened to Ollie after this incident, she had watched the death, she had to stay silent as the police arrived so there was no way to get to Evelyn, but when they finally left Eve was gone.
Now, nobody really knew where she went, but she was a fugitive for most of her life. She befriended a small dog unknowing that it was blood hound that grew to 6ft tall (on its hind legs) in full size.
She managed to stay hidden for enough years for the crime to be forgotten, but she would never be able to forget.
As the years went on the memory’s blurred and after a long enough period of false accusations she fully believed she was the killer. Not only this but Kayla haunted her in the after life. Terrorising her in every dream every moment and every person that dared tried to befriend her.
Not only this, but she felt a humongous knot of dread and guilt knowing she left Ollie behind defenceless even though she had every right to leave her family behind and start a knew life she still never lost that feeling.

In the beginning, Hope started off as quite a troubled child (being diagnosed bipolar) and being brought up in a toxic household. Not only this, but due to her weirdly coloured eye she was targeted and abused by others at school.
But one day, she meets a girl named Beatrice. She was one of the first people to ever defend and acknowledge her, and that made Hope feel appreciated and loved for one of the first times in her life.
This love and appreciation faded over time, and only a few years later Beatrice begins to loose interest in there friendship, and begins to slip away to try and hang out with other people.
Meanwhile, Hope is still clinging on to the small shred of friendship they had left.
This is because Beatrice had been the only person that ever made her feel at peace.
As Hope keeps trying to talk to her and text her she finds herself being ignored for months and sooner than later Beatrice moves schools.
After a while, Hope begins feeling constant stress and anxiety until the feeling of peace and content feels foreign. And the large amounts of anxiety being left untreated, makes her mind fall into a state of delirium.
One day it’s a dark gloomy evening. There’s a huge storm rolling in and Hope is desperate to leave her house to finally breathe and clear her head. Her mind already slipping away makes her footsteps unsteady and wobbly as she scrambles down the familiar pathway of her neighbourhood. The stark white lines of a crosswalk enter her foggy vision, and without a second thought she unsteadily walks onto the road.
That was the last time she ever crossed that road.
(She basically got hit by a car :P)

Her mum is really nice and kind-hearted but isn’t very emotionally intelligent and didn’t know how to help Hope in her time of need. The dad was always busy with work but was genuinely a good person but he did do a few bad things in his marriage (Aka he did see another woman in the very early stages of there engagement, but in his defence they got married extremely young at 18 yrs due to there parents strict religion expectations)

I read the lore and it's SOOO peak but what happened to fates parents after her death did they reacted sad shocked anything like that?
So I did mention a few things near the end, but I realise now that my punctuation wasn’t accurate and it was kind of hard to understand. So basically, when fate had died, 2 weeks later her dad found her in her bedroom and was obviously heartbroken. But also incredibly angry. He thought the mums drinking problem, was the reason why she had offed herself. And shortly (like 3 weeks later after the funeral and things like that) he packs his things and leaves his wife behind. Idk much about how the wife was feeling. She’s very emotional, but she’s not mentally stable enough to fathom the thought of her daughter being dead. With enough denial and alcohol she desperately tries to convince everybody that her daughter and husband are still alive and well.
The wife does end up dying due to a concussion from going outside and falling onto the road. And the father remains unknown, but by the time Fate meets Ace it’s almost 200 years later so it’s not really necessary to the story.

You know that feeling when words keep hammering in your head until they form a suffocating fog?
Until they're all you can think about and all you can breathe?
When you wake up in the morning, they slowly condensate around you like they're your life-long companions. They're the first thought you wake up to and the last thought you sleep on.
That's how it's felt for years now.
That's how my battle starts, and every day, I tell it not today.

So we’ll start of from when Fate was a child. Her unusual white hair made her a target in school and social situations. Not only this but her parents fought constantly (her mum having a drinking problem and her dad with a short temper) . This took a toll on her mental health and when she was only 14 she took her own life (it took 2 weeks for her body to be found even though it was in her own bedroom). This was because her parents usually forgot she existed, there neglection often leaving her hungry and malnourished. But soon this neglect became guilt making the dad leave her mother saying that if it weren’t for her Fate would still be alive.
Becoming an Angel she finds herself unable to see her parents due to the higher class thinking them unworthy of Fate’s presence.
This made her heartbroken but she dealt with it by seeing other people’s life’s such as Ace’s.
Seeing Ace broken and hopeless made her sacrifice to not only leave her peace behind but also risk of becoming a fallen Angel.
You see in this world if you want to look as if you are human (instead of a translucent embodiment of your past self) you have to risk your peace of being in the stars with no loud thoughts or noises whatsoever and your sanity from possibly falling instead of floating down back to earth. This depends in the strength of the angels wings which gain their power from other their kindness or strength or anger. You get to choose which one of these you think you most feel , before taking the decent.
Luckily when Fate had chosen kindness she was able to go down to earth to help Ace from possibly loosing her sanity. But, what she didn’t know (or see) was that Ace was going to lose it anyway, because of the curse that had been set on her. Sadly, this meant that her decent was useless, but once you do it you can’t go ascend back up, and you are bound to the specific being you had chosen.
Now that Fate is stuck on earth, and can’t be seen by any other being, she just has to tread carefully behind Ace as she slowly loses her mind.

Lore!-
Ace is a deer hybrid known for a her kind and gentle nature.
Growing up in a toxic environment (school and bad friends) she always wanted a way to escape.
One day, she meets Iko (who I did recent lore on) and with her peculiar green skin and hair she was found herself intrigued.
Both of them being shunned from society they found a weird friendship. They usually met in isolated areas through notes and scrolls at every full moon. ( I showed this in various videos on my YT).
But, after years of meeting and friendship ,one day she was found by a group of people who tested and collected hybrids and animals. These people did cruel and inhumane experiments and showed no mercy whatsoever.
obviously they had a reason behind these acts, and that simply being a cure to kill and wipe out all hybrids. They thought that by finding the thing that created them, they could destroy it and stop all freakish nature from existing.
Now going back to Ace’s POV. She has been trapped in some sort of asylum where she is being held for experiments of sorts. All while this is happening she begins to feel a sort of power in her blood something that she can feel living inside her.
(This is the power that Iko had where she could see the dead).
When Ace had gotten a hold of it and could control it she began to try seeing her past loved ones (her mother, ancestors, grandparents).
This gave her mental strength to stay alive, but she didn’t know that by abusing this power it would slowly eat away at her.
After 2 years, of being in this asylum her mind had already been manipulated and abused not only by the cruel torture but also at the curse of the power she was using.
All while this is happening a new character (an angel named Fate) sees this poor soul and sacrifices her peace in the afterlife to try and save her.
Fate comes down to see her as much as she can. Sitting next to her hold in her hand. All while being completely invisible to other beings. This lengthens the amount of time it takes for Ace to become a monster herself and gives her enough strength to break out.
But Fate couldn’t save everything. The power that had manipulated her mind still stayed and turned her into somebody unrecognisable from the girl she once was.
After less than 5 years, she finds Iko (or Iko finds her) and instead of the greeting she had hoped for Ace and brutally tried to kill her and was very almost successful.
luckily Iko managed to survive and escaped in the form of her hybrid.
Now, a new character enters the picture (her name is Evelyn and she is completely human). She was a sort of friend of Ace’s when she first came out (before she completely lost her mind) . And when she found out about Iko she had tried to stop her by using her companion (a Barghest. Basically a large black hound/canine) and it is still unknown if she was successful.
Finally I’m done if you read all of this, well done lol cause I probably wouldn’t have.
