Hi, I'm K and this is my safe space for sharing 3d struggles. I tend to disappear and reappear cause i keep trying to recover but i always end up here.
I'm 24, transmasc and use he/it. I have diagnosed anxiety, depression, adhd, and probably autism.

Does anyone feel like their whole personality changes when in a binge cycle as opposed to restricting?
When binging I feel scattered and forgetful.
When restricting I feel organized and calm.
MUCH prefer myself when restricting!!
I wish i worked like that.
When I'm eating normally I have hobbies and energy to do them and hang out with my friends.
When I'm restr1cting I feel more organized but I'm too tired to do anything, constant brain fog, mental health gets worse.
So why can't I finally recover and instead of being stuck in this misery??
I just wanna be able to not eat anything for days again

Just so you know
It's impossible to gain fat weight if you're eating under your maintenance. If you gain weight overnight it can be many many things like
Water intake, sodium intake, if you haven't gone to the bathroom in a few days, if you have a meal with high refined carbs (pasta, bread etc.) And many other things.
If you ate 500 calories and gained the next day you didn't gain real weight. It's ok. You'll be ok don't beat yourself up ik it's hard to see the scale to go up but you cannot gain real weight if you're under eating.
It's ok I promise, show yourself some grace 🫶

I ate normally for 4 days cause of an event, but now its been 4 days of c4l limit of 800 (ik its pretty high) and i gained 0.2 kg?? Like its still calorie deficit!!??
