I made this lentil soup tonight and it is AMAZING (if I do say so myself)… Thought I’d share :D It’s THAT good… and easy as hell to make.
Egyptian Red Lentil Soup Ingredients:
Servings: 6-8 Units: US | Metric
5 cups vegetable broth or 5 cups water 1 cup dried red lentils 2…
Coconut Almond Granola
Ingredients:
1200g Oats
400g sweetened coconut flakes
400g sliced almonds
8g salt
10g cinnamon
42g vanilla extract
600g agave syrup
300g veg oil
In a VERY large mixing bowl combine oats, coconut, and almonds. In a smaller mixing bowl mix agave, oil, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in wet ingredients to dry. I like to use my hands to combine them :)
Bake at 285 for about 20 mins and then stir (focus on moving the corners to the middle for even baking) bake for about another 25 mins or until light golden brown. It will still be soft but will harden and clump together when cooling.
