The back story goes. This woman has been holding her urine and poop for about 3 weeks. Don’t ask how she managed such a feat.

But suddenly, she is unable to hold it back any longer and must get to a toilet ASAP

She lets loose on the poor toilet. An almost non stop fountain of urine, and crap come out of her all at the same time. She lets out moans of pain and pleasure. So much was in there she manages to clog the poor thing when she goes to flush. And it all come right back up.
